Hi, my name is marina and I’m going to to tag some of the most common problem. Areas of the body. First of all, the massage stick is one of the most effective ways you can reduce risk for injury, increase flexibility and blood flow and also decrease or prevent muscle, soreness and inflammation. So with this massage stick, what you want to do is you want to grab it using two hands on the handles we’re going to start here at the cats I like to either kneel down or sit comfortably.
You can do this in a chair if you’d like I, like to start on the outside of my calves, pressing firmly down I’m going to roll up roll up and roll down, we can also get the backside right here from the bottom and roll up and down. So you can do long, strokes or you can do short. Even back-and-forth strokes, make sure you tilt the stick side to side so you’re getting all angles of the calves. One of the biggest problem areas, that’s really hard to stretch, is going to be the IT band.

This is really great I like to place my palms back facing back behind me, both on the stick and just gently rolling up on each side, just like the neck, I’m rolling on either side of the spine, working in upward motions and gentle back and forth motions just like this, don’t forget to also get the upper glute where it meets that lower back, because sometimes that adhesion there is what causes the lower back pain so always get the supporting muscles or the muscles that are surrounding the area.
That’s causing you pain or inflammation.
