Rossignol Sky 7 HD Ski – Women’s

Originally called the Sin in the ever-popular 7 Series, Rossignol most likely changed this ski’s name to the Rossignol Women’s Sky 7 HD Ski because, well, the sky’s the limit when it comes to this freerider. Big enough for powder, skinny enough for groomers, and light enough for the backcountry, the Sky 7 HD truly excels wherever you choose to grace your ski skills that day.

The Sky 7 gleans its versatility from a 95mm waist width that’s not too fat to handle hardpack days, nor too skinny to float the occasional knee-deep pow; it sits right in the middle of powdery beefiness and speedy skinniness. Its Powder Turn Rocker profile certainly enhances this ski’s versatility, with plenty of camber underfoot to hold an edge on frontside groomers and a rockered tip and tail to navigate the soft stuff.

Rossignol built this beauty out of light paulownia wood core to keep your legs fresh on those bell-to-bell days, and Rossignol added its Carbon Alloy Matrix—a carbon and basalt weave—to add stiffness and ensure an aggressive ride that resort riders are used to. Like all Rossignol’s best sellers, the Sky features a honeycombed Air Tip 2.0 to prevent the ski from nose-diving into powder.

  • Rossignol’s versatile big mountain ski for powder and moguls
  • 95mm waist rides soft and hard snow with equal prowess
  • Powder Turn Rocker includes enough camber for frontside groomers
  • Air Tip 2.0 optimized for better stability and less chatter
  • Carbon Alloy Matrix blends basalt for a stiffer, lighter feel
  • Sandwiched sidewalls protect the light wood core from damage

  • Hello my name is justin smith we’re in. Snowy lake tahoe california right now at heavenly mountain resort and I’m here to bring to you the 2017 sky 7 review this. Is an all mountain ski brought to you by ross signal we have a 98 underfoot 128. Tip and a 118 tail this ski offers. Camber underfoot as well as a rocker tip. To get you the flotation and the powder. That you want now the camber under your. Foot also releases when you are going downhill doing your big ol super g and. Slalom turns and it pushes it makes power. And it creates more power to exit your. Turn okay so the rossignol sky 7 hd is. Made of a paluma wood core and it. Reduces the overall weight of the ski by 30% we got the patented ear tip design made by rossignol as you can see there’s. Little hex x’s in the tip to make it a. Lighter like a lighter feel for your. Tip i personally love it’s awesome. The only problem with the ear tip is that i have broken the tip on my other. Ski just a little bit flimsy but other. Then that the tip is awesome the light the white weight of the ski is awesome but it’s also reinforced by carbon. Strings that go across the speed i atonal ii making this ski a lot more. Stronger and you also have the air tip on the bottom of the ski as well and because of the 98 underfoot and the side. Cut you get about a 17 turn radius which. Makes for a really good pop in your slalom turret slalom turns and all of. Your grooming turns i love the turn radius you can go it on. The groomer you can feel like you’re a racer i mean I’m a racer and it’s kind. Of like, you’re on race skis only you. Have 100 underfoot so awesome ski you. Got your bases great bases i just scratched them up a little bit got you a mini cap sidewall. Which smashes it’s a sandwich and it smashes the sidewall together between the base and the top layer so yeah. Overall this ski powder. The flotation for me I’m 200 pounds and. This is at 174 so i mean you guys are. 172 sorry it is a little bit smaller. With those about to my forehead to my. Like my nose to forehead area the. Flotation it’s good the tip definitely. Helps it with the rocker but i do find. Myself leaning back a little bit too much just because it’s not a complete. Powder ski for me so i would say the powder aiding would be like a 7 out of 10 awesome if you’re. Looking for a one purpose ski and you know if there’s a foot of powder and you just want to go sloshed some awesome for. That so 7 out of 10 for that groomers i. Would give this about a 9 out of 10 your. Edges hold awesome. You’re you know the turn radius of 17. Just gives you a really nice pop out of each turn and overall the ski i would. Give the groomers score about a 9 out of. 10 and then the overall score of the entire ski from everything from. Flotation to durability I’ll give this ski about an 8 out of 10. It does really well and all worlds from. Powder to grooming to you know anything. You’re looking to throw at it the only problem that like the downsides i would call it would be the durability I’ve. Skied these skis about 30 days, and they’ve shown some abuse and wear but so. I would say the pros and cons about this ski will start with the pros because positive is always better than negative positives it will flow for you in powder. The pros also carving on groomers is. Glorious it’s like you’re on a race ski it’s so nice it’s like train tracks you just like popping in and out of those turns it’s so awesome cut to the footage of that. And then another pro would be the. Lightness of this ski i mean you can do shifty’s you can do you know any type of trick you really want to throw at it for how light it is and i mean obviously. Depending on where you mount your mid sole but then the cons durability. That’s about the only that’s the only. Problem that i have with it and that. The part that it doesn’t keep me afloat as much as i would want it to but then again it’s an all-mountain ski for me not a powder ski but if you’re looking. To get this for all-mountain going right ahead and smash the buy button dude it’s. So good you can find these at the end of. The season for pretty cheap if you ski as hard as i would you know i possibly. Go to another pair of skis possibly like moments or lib tech’s because they’re all handmade and all that but yeah overall this ski is a. Really good ski if you’re looking to just slash them some powder turns and. Get some groomer grumbling runs in and. Yeah it’s a great ski you can see more. About this online anywhere you look and the ski is about i think it’s eight. A Hundred dollars but anyway you guys have a nice day, and we’ll catch you next time thanks for watching if you have enjoyed this video please hit the like button and subscribe.

Five years I’m jeff from skin essentials comm we are here today to do another. 2018 ski review it’s been a few weeks. Since our last review but we’re kicking. Back off with our 1st 2018 rossignol. Will be continuing 2018 ski. Reviews through the summer into next fall and in late june or early july. You’re also going to see a bunch. Of material from our first annual ski. Test we had about 30 to 35 testers at. Stone mountain resort testing about 150. Pairs of skis so you will be. Releasing results from that test later in the summer but in the meantime we’re going to keep doing some review reviews for you. Guys so this week it’s the 2018. Rossignol soul 7 hd will do a brief. History of the sole 7 I’m guessing the. Most of you’re familiar with it because it is a pretty popular ski if we go back. To seasons this is the 2016 sole 7. Basically this was a wood core ski. Matala the sole 7 we’ll start by saying the sole 7th always been kind of. Powder oriented or wider all-mountain. Ski that’s known for being very. Maneuverable very lightweight and. Pretty approachable for not just. Advanced and expert skiers you can be a solid intermediate skier and. Get a lot out of a sole 7 so yes 2016. This ski was wood core pretty much just. Wood and in the core of the ski and then. Roswell’s honeycomb air tip which has. Kind of become synonymous with their skis and with the 7 series in. Particular so you know huge following. Behind the sole 7 people that want like. I was saying I’m a new verbal ski that’s great and stuff snow great for trees. Great for skiing bowls pretty much any. Anything if you soft snow the sole seven is awesome the one complaint that some more aggressive. Skiers had which we touched on a lot for. The 2017 review that you can go back and watch and read was instability people. Felt like the ski got deflected a little bit if you are seeing choppy snow especially at high speeds i was pretty easy for the tips to get. Thrown side-to-side you hit something. I also lacked a little bit of torsional stiffness and edge hold we’re not always. On soft snow after all so it’s nice to. Have the ability to hold an edge on a groomer these are 106 underfoot which definitely. Traditionally is much more of a powder ski but these days with a ski that’s 106. Underfoot most of us are expecting it to have some groomer performance so last. Year they put carbon alloy matrix into. The ski basically a woven grid of carbon. That increases torsional stiffness gives. It more stability and it definitely. Improved the ski i go back and check out. Review from last year if you want to get more details and now moving into 2018. Carbon alloy matrix remains in the in. The 2018 ski really the big change to. This ski well there’s a couple this is a. Brand new mold so in years past the. Changes to the sole seven have been internal you know they’ve been construction changes different materials. But they’ve kept the same shape both. Both in the side cut profile and the rocker profile moving into 2018 it’s. Changed if you can see these are two. Different lengths so it’s a little bit tough to make them look identical but there’s more rise in the tip in the tip. Now basically the same out of the tail but it is a slightly different shaped tail and their different side cut. Profile too but it’s pretty subtle. These now have an 18-meter turn radius in the 180 where this is a 172 the last. Year is 180 or really any 180 up to this. Point has a 17-meter turn radius so a little bit longer turn and that’s that’s. The big difference in the shape and then construction wise it’s a brand-new tip. And brand-new construction so they call. This air tip 2.0 and it’s essentially. Designed to be lighter and stronger which you know that’s that’s something that we say a lot in these gear reviews, and they’ve done that but essentially. Extending the length of it but adding in. These they call three-dimensional. Reinforcements you can kind of see it in the tip and it integrates more into the. Core of the ski than ever before. You can kind of think of it the previous. Versions of basalt seven almost had two. Different personalities especially if we’re talking about the 2017 version underfoot very torsion ally stiff thanks for the carbon alloy matrix and. Then the tips and tails were very light very soft tremendous swing weight the. New ski it’s definitely got a more even. Flex throughout the ski that was. Something that i really noticed when i was seeing it feels a little silver. Part of the point of the to exit 2.0 is. To further reduce deflection and i. Definitely think it does that i don’t. Think i would have described the previous versions of this all seven hd. Or sol 7 as being exceptionally smooth. They were very energetic very quick very. Easy to throw around but they said they. Weren’t nearly as smooth as this loose key it’s still easy to throw around actually reduce the swing weight even. Further this by sending this tip but have given. It more strength more power basically. Because of the reinforcements that then integrates into the ski so I’ve been. Describing it as it’s more of a single entity now in terms of performance. Now that i say that i could understand why somebody would perceive that as a negative in terms of versatility but. That’s not what i mean at all its more the feel of the ski from tip to tail. It really feels it feels like it the. Whole thing wants to work together where. Previously you know you were kind of fighting to get some edge grip underfoot while you had this maneuverability and quickness some of the tips and tails i think it holds an edge better now and it’s equally as mutable some kinds of. Change that saying easy performance and soft snow so I’ve been referring to them. As blacker’s which is a little bit of a. Metaphor how easily black sea’s are synonymous with being a little bit more. Ski or more powerful or burlier and i. Think that’s a fair assessment for the new sol 7 it’s not outrageously perlier. It’s not like they added two sheets of metal to it but it’s a different ski so. If you’ve been you know if you’ve been skiing that’s all seven for a few years and you’ve been wondering what to replace it with i would say replace it. With a new soul seven and then you know if you were a skier that shied away from. The sole seven because you thought it was not quite enough ski maybe you skied. It and you felt that that tip deflection maybe you felt a little bit of chatter. These new tips really don’t shatter at. All especially compared to the previous. Version so yeah definitely check them. Out that’s the 2018 sole seven like i said. We will be releasing a lot more a lot. More info on this ski when we released. The results from our ski test you’ll get. To see what i think we had seven or eight different testers that’s keep those well seven on so you get to read reactions from a whole slew of people instead of just myself although i do try and integrate some feedback from our my co-workers as. Well but yeah new soul seven the seven. Series has been on the market for a long. Time you’re still going to see a ton of black and yellow rog mills on the hill but now they’re blacker.

Be calm i am on the rossignol sy7 hd at. 97 underfoot it’s a very light ski but. It has enough strength to get to edge it’s got a 14 turning radius -. You’re likely for more information go to. Clips keep calm and ski gear tv.com.

  • Grabbed hold of the new boot from nordica here it’s the pro machine launching 2018 19 winter seasons oh it’s. A step up from the speed machine it’s it. Looks great start with there’re two men’s. Boots there’s a 130 flex and a 120 flex and there’re a women’s version as well cool thing about it I’m just going to undo the clips here typical classic four. Clip boot really nice feel to it I’m. Just going to work out the liner gonna. Take the liner out you can see here it’s. Got this really nice custom quart. Fit so it looks great but actually what. The court does is it supports the ankle here it adds to the performance you’ve. Also got this foiling the spoiling is exactly the same foiling that they use for marathon runners when they finish their race that adds strength and lightness to the inner sole or to their. To the inner yeah it’s a really nice. Looking boot in terms of weight they’ve. Managed to shave about 25% off the. Weight from the speed machine so it’s a much lighter boot but it still has the performance especially in the 130 flex. That you want if you’re a high-end piece performance ear so i think the expert. Skiers who like to ski on the piste of course you can get off piece as well it’s a strong boot for good free ride. Skiers you could use this it’s not a ski touring boot but it’s still pretty light at around 175 kgs depending on you know. The size of the boot and it features on. This boot you’ve got the grip walk system here and quite nice and me it’s. The mitchell insole so a little bit like a vibram rubber sole but it’s a made by. Mitchell in quite like the look of that so yeah looks really interesting the new. Nordica pro machine launched in 2018 19. Winter season retail price around 530.

    Salomon QST Stella 106 Ski – Women’s

Like you, the Salomon Women’s QST Stella 106 Ski craves powder, but it can still handle its own when you’re forced to ski groomers when everything’s tracked out. Given its 106mm waist width, this QST undoubtedly hovers over the sweet soft stuff with ease, and a rockered tip and tail only enhances its performance down untracked goodness. Expect a playful pivot and a surf-like feel when you turn down the steep and deep.

Unfortunately, all good things must end, and just like the inevitable changing of each season, a massive powder dump is bound to bring hordes of skiers, which indubitably changes the softest terrain into tracked hardpack faster than you can look up the definition for “indubitably.” Fortunately for you, the QST 106 Ski still thrives on firmer snow, too, thanks to Salomon’s new patented C/FX³ technology that harnesses a unique blend of carbon, basalt, and flax for an impressively damp, stable ride at speed that doesn’t compromise the ski’s lighter-weight, approachable nature. Koroyd honeycomb inserts at the tip also increases dampening, while a helping of Titanal adds excellent torsional stiffness and enhanced power transfer as you dance from edge to edge.

  • A powder-loving ski with on-piste reliability
  • 106mm waist width hovers over powder with ease
  • Rockered tip and tail add maneuverability and soft-snow flotation
  • Koroyd tip enhances steering and overall control

Including the salomon qst stella 106 and. You seem to be enjoying yourself tell me why yeah i actually really. Enjoyed skiing on this ski today i skied. On 174 having a race background i enjoy. A longer ski that has a lot of. Sturdiness to it and this being a bit. Shorter i didn’t know but i think just. Because of the build had a lot of. Structural integrity throughout the. Entire length of the ski so you could stand on a nice platform bring this. Around definitely so it has a lot of features to it has a layer of t channel sheet. Of metal carbon flax and a wood core so. It’s pretty light and so you’ve done. Some mountaineering recently done some touring you mentioned earlier that you might like this ski as a touring ski in. Addition to an all-mountain ski because it is felt pretty light yeah i mean i. Think for me just a an everyday resort. Ski it could definitely work maybe for. This day so you just want to go a little straighter might want to be on something. A little bit bigger but touring ski i think i would definitely consider and. Because of your race background you ski pretty aggressively like you really when you step on this ski you want to go and this has an abs sidewall abs sidewalls in a 20-metre radius. Who else like what other what female. Would benefit from purchasing this ski i think yeah definitely someone who. Wants to step it up a little bit and ski. A little bit more aggressively but if you’re out there and. You want to point them straight all the time this is just a good step back go. Ski some trees and make some nice gestures right on so that is the salomon qst. Stella 106

    Tecnica Mach1 105 MV Ski Boot – Women’s

Stiff and narrow ski boots have their place on the race course, but sometimes (or all of the time) it’s better to have a softer, roomier boot when you’re exploring the resort all day. The moderately wide, moderately stiff Tecnica Mach1 105 MV Women’s Ski Boot is made for all-mountain adventures, and it’s easy to get on and off, too, because Tecnica designed it with a Quick Instep panel, which is a flexible piece of plastic right at the overlap to take the pain and struggle out of parking-lot donning and doffing.

The fit is fairy-tale good, because the Mach1 features C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape) technology in the shell, liner, and bootboard. Basically, they’ve all been constructed to allow maximum customization, so you (or better yet, a qualified booter) can grind out problem areas in the shell, shave the bootboard down to improve alignment, and heat-mold the Women’s Ultrafit liner in a snap. Improved fit means improved comfort and performance, so you can make the most of the medium-width 100mm last and medium-volume (hence the”MV” moniker) fit. The Mach1 locks down via four micro-adjustable aluminum buckles and a 35mm power strap, and it  handles treacherous parking lots and staircases with a grippy bi-material sole, so getting to the lift isn’t the sketchiest part of your day.

  • Cruise the resort’s groomers in this comfy ski boot
  • 105 flex stiffness suitable for lighter or beginner riders
  • 100mm last accommodates wider feet for a more comfortable fit
  • C.A.S UltraFit Pro Race thermomoldable liner offers a customized feel
  • Quick-Instep Max overlap construction eases in-and-out
  • TechniGrip soles are replaceable after seasons of wear

  • Hi I’m stefano from technical we are here. At the company today and i just want to tell you briefly what happened when we. Construct when we thought when we build the new croce’s first of all we start. From the old Cochise we use that booth now for five years, so we know basically all the points that we need to improve. In that boots plus we work a lot with our athletes they are today summit. Meeting we met them twice a year, so we listen from them we try to catch all. Idea possible to implement them into the. New development that’s how we start so improving the existing coaches and adding all their all the true the real needs of our best skier which we ever. Run in the world so the goal we put on. The table for the new coaches was to make the boots lighter but yes lighter but also we want to put into the boots. The best performance possible and when we say the best performance possible it’s listening to our athletes they want. To have a racing boots they want to have a boot which you can almost race in yes. You can go use a long gs key go as fast as you can and the boot should hold those kind of headphone performance so. As light as possible with the most. Performant possible shape talking about. The shape coming from the old Cochise we. Want to make the boot slimmer narrower slimmer more tight have a. Better wrapping around your feet have a better shape so if you see compared to the old Cochise the boot is much slimmer much closer to your. Feet like i said our goal was to make. The boots like and perform it. Lightweight the goal was to go below 2 kilos in poly ether and you know poly ether. Is the best plastic you can use is the best plastic in terms of performance the best rebound is the most alive plastic we can put is the plastic they are using in workup so, but we know it’s a le. Plastic so the goal was to make it light and would be below 2 kilos and here we are. One kilo 960 970 now for the new Cochise. 130 in poly ether the new mechanism. That’s a long story when we start was two years ago with our athletes, and they. Had only one goal they said the MacLeish should be as strong as the worker booth. And when we talk about work at boots we know we have to screw so basically they want to have a locking system which is. Yes strong but the solo key system that. Where they can trust under percent when they make beam jump or when they really push the boots over the limit, so we make the new mechanism and what is. New in this mechanism strong they’re. Integrated into the calf we try to integrate to put it integrated the most. Possible and the system is able to adjust himself that means if in by using the boots you. Will get some place some extra movement. Which you don’t want to have the system will be able to adjust and go back to have always the best blocking the most. Solid connection another important point. Was to put the maximum possible range of. Motion and I’m talking about the leg the. Leg motion so first freedom completely. Freedom soft extremely soft when you are. Moving the calf, and we position a range of motion mostly to the front because we. Mostly climb we mostly go the steeper terrain and you need to have the boots which is flexed very nice soft with. Without effort to the front another. Interesting feature the fact that we. Have no hunting we figured our if you is. You want to have the canting immediately you have some play because you. This play allowed the canteen to move, so we don’t want to have any place so that means having a the time stood tightest. Connection possible between the calf and the shell it means no canteen super solid connection big difference. Compared to the old Cochise it’s now the low-tech insert are the real dyna fit. And they are integrated into the short. So the sole are not interchangeable like. In the orchestra they are integrated into the sole this give a lot of. Versatility and we combined with sky walk. So real good quality rubber would have. The best hiking performance lift lock a. Patent things from technical we are used. To when we put the boots on and off we. Are used to do like this and then bend this path right so now what we change. It’s very simple you open the buckle you use your leaf lock step in step out of the boots very. Easy and when you wanna buckle just lift it go in position and close a very cool. Feature simple to step in step out. Of your boots very easily. You.

Hey guys michelle here from the house comm and today I’m talking about the 2018 technical coach ice 85 women’s ski. Boot so this is a great boot for the one for the girl who wants to free ride from an intermediate to advanced level rider they’re gonna have a really great time with this boot beginner ride or not so much they might have a little bit more of a difficult time and that is because as it as 85 flex boots so it’s gonna have great shock absorption when you’re doing the jumps or just riding it really fast speeds but for a beginner rider that’s a. Little bit harder to manipulate for them, so we have aluminum buckles, and we have four buckles so it’s gonna be that really customized fit and the buckles are gonna last a really long time they’re pretty durable we also have an ultra fit w liner with merino wool on the inside so it’s gonna be very warm and very comfortable we also have a new. Lightweight design with this boot so it’s gonna be as lightweight as you can pretty much make a ski boot it also features a walk mode which you can find on the back of the boot, and we have quick instep technology in this so it’s gonna make you in and out of your ski boot just that much quicker and none of us love to get in another ski boot it’s not a fun time, so we also have a last of ninety-nine millimeters so you can find the 2018 technical coach ice 85 women’s ski boot at the house calm.

A very popular name a name that a lot of. Our customers will remember speed. Machine was extremely popular in the 90s into the early 2000s one of the most popular boots on the market so now it. Has been brought back with brand-new technology brand-new fit new liners in a. Very cool new product or boot fitting. That we call infrared technology so. These boots have the ability in key points where customers generally will. Have fit issues these boots have the ability to stretch conform very easily. With a little bit of heat it’s a very. Easy treatment and results in unbelievable fit characteristics. Extremely the ski ability is. Going to be through the roof on these boots classic nordica ski ability. Starting up at the 130 speed machine the head of the class resist for their. Series this is going to be your top-level skier who’s looking for fit and. Performance we move down into the 110. Flex again higher-end boot still all the. Great features a little more forgiving flex slightly softer little cushier in. The liner still though gonna have great. Nordica performance rounding out our men’s collection for the speed machine series is the speed machine 100 same. Great fit great infrared technology but. With more comfortable on the liner softer on the flex to allow intermediate. To a lower and advanced skier to feel confident be able to stay forward on his skis and have all-day comfort really. Exciting for the speed machine series on the women’s side three beautiful. Boots distinctly different flexes for. Different skiers at the high end coming. In at the speed machine 105 performance. Fit all the bells and whistles that a high-end women’s skier is going to need moving down in to the eighty-five flex. Level right in the middle of the market for your intermediate to low and advanced women’s skier great fit great. Liners extremely warm on these liners too on the women’s side of the liners they put an even more effort and newer. Technology to allow these to be warmer. For women and then coming in at the 75 flex this is actually a really great product it’s really bringing all of this great technology down to a very affordable price and this we think is. Going to be a very popular booth for us this year so that’s it for nordica speed. Machine get down in here to ken jong’s ski mart try some of these new boots on for a lot of you people a lot of people out there have owned a nordica speed machine boot in the past and it’s a great time to get back with the product so get down here try one on, and we’ll see you next time with another product review.

Speed machine is an iconic product by. Nordica very famous model that was in. Nordica collection few years ago and for. 2016-17 we are reintroducing the speed. Machine we are bringing it back and we. Made it better it’s a classical overlap. Construction boot fitting to. All-mountain high performance skiers it. Has a triple injection so what you see. On the black part is one part of the injection the red part is second and the. White part is the third injection plastic material the black frame is. Making the boot torsion ally very stable. So when you are going edge to edge there. Is a very direct power transmission the. Red part the plastic is very specific. View that enables us to make the boot. Light but still high performance and. Then the white part is on the boot for. The easy step in and step out of the. Boot so you see this also when you open. The boot that. That is extremely easy opening has. Extremely easy open what is also unique. To this boot it is has a triforce. Construction so what you see also this black frame is connected over the ankle. Area that is making this torsional stability even better the boot is. All-mountain as i said and it has a very high performance so it was tested a lot of on snow in winter conditions with a. Lot of prototypes off shell plastic of. The liners that is the insight and. Performance is very important and on the. Other side the boot is very comfortable. It has a perfect fit out of the box so when customer steps in is very. Easily and it’s its very comfort. Comfortable feeling and it’s also comfortable not just stepping in the. Shop but also during skiing so that’s. Very important that the fitting is good there are no pressure points that skier. Can ski in the boots even without unbuckling the buckles it has a lot of. Space specially in the toe box what is. Also unique is that the boot has. Weather shield that is placed underneath. Underneath this overlap area so that. There is no absolutely no water leaking. During the skiing or when you have the. Buckles open. The ski boot has a lot of features new. Power driver that was introduced already. On the gp series on speed machine now we. Have it in softer plastic and it’s as well. Very light it is also removable and the. Power driver has the function of almost. Like a fifth buckle on the top of the boot for people that like to have feet stable inside of the boot then a. Lot of graphic details as well so like. Brush hollow buckles that you see then. Met shiny effects and the boots and we. Also have a new cork liner in this boot. So you see the cork also visible on the. Outside and it is a terma for mobile so. It can be heated in the oven and. Adjusted to the skiers feet but the. The Biggest innovation for this boot is a. Shall customization so we are. Introducing a new quite revolution revolutionary method of customization of. The shell so the plastic parts of the. Boot it’s a called infrared technology which is a new technology it’s quick. It’s fast it’s clean it can be easily. Done and the customization is done only. On the parts where it’s needed so if a. Skier has some pressure points yes he. Has some bone issues let’s say that. Are putting the pressure on the plastic basically we can modify the parts of the. Boots where this pain occurs in a. Unique method by heating the boot. With a infrared technology with the infrared lamp so this heat goes deeply. In the plastic, and then we basically extract the part of the boot with. Octopus we call it is a system that basically extends the plastic towards. Towards the outside but this is of. Course only in the case that the skier really has the neat modify the boot as i said the goal of this project is really was really to make the perfect fitting boots out of the box so that’s the new speed machine. By nordica. You.
