Our most popular spinning combo, the PENN Battle II features a Full Metal Body, side plate, and rotor for exceptional durability. The machined and anodized aluminum Superline Spool allows anglers to tie superlines directly to the spool without backing. The HT-100™ drag system provides smooth drag under heavy loads. Matched with the graphite composite Battle rod with aluminum oxide guides, no fish stands a chance.
Ugly Stik® GX2™ is the next generation of Ugly Stik® that combines the heritage and tradition of the original while maintaining the strength and durability Ugly Stiks® are known for. Ugly Stik® GX2™ rods offer better balance for lighter feel, improved components, and eye catching cosmetics for a more modern look versus the previous generation. The PENN Conflict II combos feature stealthy cosmetics, a Freaky Light design (our lightest spinning reel/rod combo ever), and silky smooth HT-100 drag. The RR30 Rigid Resin body and rotor are extremely lightweight and durable. Internally the Conflict II is powered with our CNC Gear Technology, and high quality stainless steel ball bearings.
