Open it up it actually screwed the eye cup right off the good news is i called zeiss customer service and they were very friendly immediately answered a real person and i’ve got a new pair of eye cups coming these are actually deeper eye cups as i says they provide greater eye relief although i seem to have no problem in that department the problem itself i was able to fix by just really tightening up the eye cup so that there was more tension in the threads and then i think also it just being. Broken in now it opens and closes without any problem. It’s amusing to read some of the reviews of these or any binoculars online because people make it seem like looking through them make anything look incredible so let’s not get carried away here you know when you peer through these things you’re not seeing rainbows coming out of unicorns here or anything like that but these are $1,000. To really bug me because they have a high degree of chromatic aberration. Especially whenever i look at something brightly lit with sharp edges the green and purple fringes just became really annoying with these so i didn’t want to. Spend a lot of money on an upgrade so i went with nikon’s next most expensive. Set the monarch 7s which were around $400 these came in the mail from amazon and not only they have a defective diopter adjustment but the image quality was almost identical to the monarch 5s yes they were slightly sharper and they had slightly less fringing in the centre of the image but really didn’t do much. To eliminate that distraction that i saw from all the purple and green fringing. So i returned them so thanks amazon for that that’s when i decided to try the. Zeiss conquests now i’m not a hardcore. Are some tough but i healers and then. Also my I’ve always wanted a pair of the. Steiner binoculars and when i was just over in germany this last summer i got to see a lot of steiners they’re very popular over there of course because they are extremely well-made and from. Can tell you they do contrast with their. Background a little bit better than with standard binoculars i thought they popped out pretty well i really like that feature i think it’s a nice feature and for hunting i think these are about. To me i think the best optics you can. Buy in my opinion. Some other features i really like about this i like these lens caps they attach so there’s nothing to lose some of my other optics the lens cap is removable it comes off, and they get lost. These front side lens caps also are. Attached the side here is a little slot, so they actually completely disappear the side is permanently attached it’s. Kind of nicely swing away so you don’t have any issues you know they don’t get. In your way while you’re using them but. I do like detachable eyepieces so then. We have right here is the center focusing ring to focus these the first. Time you use them kind of like for signing a gun you put this you twist it. So that it’s in the middle of the range and then you use the diopter to adjust. For your eyes once it’s focused then. Then you use this for the fine-tuning focusing or the fine focusing as you go. These here also have to give you proper. Eye relief these eye cups come out. Has these little flaps here for to keep the sun out or you can if you don’t like them you can or if you don’t need them you can fold them away the picture on. Here is i kind of alluded to earlier for. Me to the steiner optics have the most crystal-clear optics that i have personally ever used i know some people say the source keys are the best some. People’s opinion i think the price on these things here. Is outstanding for the quality that you. hey everybody dan from transient outdoors man i am super pumped today to unbox the vortex fury range-finding. Binocular we have some silica gel by the. Way guys with everything going on these days don’t eat these please don’t eat. These here’s some kind of buckle will. Maybe a neck strap not 100% sure what that is pull it out one thing that’s really cool right off the bat is you get a chest rig with these by nose and you. Don’t have to buy an aftermarket one this is the one that i used all of last. Year in alaska and montana love this. Think and this one’s really neat because the fury is so compact so is the chest. Harness there they are so this has the. Front piece that’s removable so that like all other vortex binoculars this is. Easily tripod compatible nice little by. Nose same build quality as all the other ones that I’ve used great size in here. Is your spot for your cr2 battery which. Comes included that just screws out with a big screwdriver or a quarter or whatever you want to use drop that one battery in there and shatter it up what else is in the box here we have lens. So start it comes in an awesome case wow. I wasn’t expecting that an awesome. Hardcase check that out on I’ve never. Ever bought a pair of binoculars that have an awesome case like this so that’s. A big bonus for me it’s actually really. Compacted and realize my old binoculars. Are pretty big and bulky with the same. Specs as well so. Got some lens cleaners here. Like here we have our neck strap you. Now and what’s great about this company guys is that a local company great. Company and their warranty is lifetime guarantee so whatever you do to this thing drop it in the stream or something like that something cracks inside or if it gets water damaged just send it back in they’ll send you a new one to replace it so but here’s the diamondback series. Alright kiddies today’s product review. Is about my vortex diamondback ten by. Forty two binoculars when i was getting. Ready to go on my trip i was doing a few. You know trying to find the things that i would really need to take with me on this trip and you know stuff that was gonna be really important for hunting you know planning to hunt and scouting. And doing all of that kind of stuff that goes along with actually going out and putting some meat in your freezer one of. The things that i got talked into was buying these binoculars and i got to. Tell you I’m very very pleased that i got talked into buying these my friend. Joe over sportsman’s warehouse there in Robert park he showed me a couple of different ones he showed me the diamondbacks, and he. Also showed me the vipers they didn’t. Tell me which ones he was handing me he just had me go through the procedure of. You know getting them balanced on the eyepieces and then about six different. Targets to look at and focus in on and. You know he’d hand me a set of binoculars I’d go through the process and look at these several targets that he told me to point out and it’s just super amazed at the quality on. Both of these glasses but when i got. Gone looking through the second pair i handed him back to him and i said you. No i can’t tell the difference between the two, and he said that’s why you’re gonna buy the diamondback as ted of the viper because about $200 more for the vipers you’re not really able to see the. Difference you know maybe some of you’re gonna disagree but this is my review of this product and i can tell you i looked. Again and i couldn’t tell the difference between the two the diamondbacks just really very nice. Binoculars they’ve got some nice weight. To them they’re not too heavy not terribly familiar with a lot of the modern optics that are out there but i know I’m very pleased with the weight of. These they’re they’re not straining on my neck i don’t have a i don’t have a chest. Carry case i have the carry case that came with him which i don’t have to be able to show you today I’ll put a picture at the end of the review about that I’ve got that carry case at home. But you know let’s just go over a few of. The features you know first off obviously you have the ability to. Balance the focus on them you know for. Those of you that are not familiar you close your right eye at least with these. At most of most classes that I’ve seen the focus for the one eye is always on. The right eye so you close your right eye you get them focused so that your. Left eye is seeing super clear I’m. Gonna turn that in just in case that sunshine in their then you close your left eye and you turn this ring on the. Right eye to get it equally focused now that balances because we don’t our eyes. Aren’t the same on both sides so that’s that’s a great feature a lot of binoculars have got that most you know decent quality and better have got that really pleased with how easy it was to. Adjust these one of the things i noticed on the diamondbacks is that that right. Eye focus ring is fairly firm which means it’s not going to bounce out of position when you’re hiking around and. You know scout and crawl into the brush and stuff now the focus ring the focus. Mechanism on these super easy to turn. Super firm the smallest little. Adjustment just gives you a fantastic. Focus you know i can focus out to. You know a thousand yards i can see fairly decent with them obviously you. Now with these at a thousand yards you’re not going to have the same quality that you would have with a spotting scope but that’s why you have a spotting scope (separate) than these the. Dust caps that come with this you can see on the output side these dust caps fold. Down they’ve got their own little elastic band on there so it keeps them. On there you can drop them down out of the way and you know they’re they’re. Pretty secure and then the eyepiece you’ve got this dual dust cap that. Goes on there one side is notched so you. Can get that off of their pretty easy and the other side is closed loop so it stays on your neck fan I’ve used these. In a number of different situations today I’m up scouting for hunt and. Coyote we’re up here in the high desert of nevada up above the town of pah rump. And you know I’m easily and. Clearly seeing 600 plus yards away today. Definitely take a look at the vortex. Diamondback i can’t say enough about them oh yeah one other thing i didn’t show you dust caps back on sorry the. Winds kicking up we’re probably gonna affect the audio they also have you can. See this they have these adjusters at. The eyepieces so you can set the distance that the lens is away from your. Eyes it’s got three you know it slides. But it’s got 3d tents there’s all the. Way down there’s a midpoint and then. There’s all the way out, and they lock in. At that but you can adjust a mid way if you need to i keep mine at midpoint. Having them all the way out seems to. Affect my focus and my visual on. Then and having them all the way in you’ll find that you get my eyelashes. Will leave marks on the lenses so i got to clean them all the time so playing with him today at midpoint and seeing how i liken that so far like and it’s just fine again vortex optics. Diamondback binoculars ten by forty-two. Super pleased with him definitely would. Put the binoculars in you know the lid doesn’t just fall open on you there so you can you could use this as your carry case i know there’s a lot of other. Products out there that are a little more functional for something like this but it does have the release clips on. Here that’s the carry case.

As some of you who follow the channel. No recently my firearms addiction has. Deepened into the realm of long distance shooting long distance shooting is more enjoyable and addicting than i ever thought it would be It’s rather exhilarating when you figure. Out your ballistics correctly you pull the trigger and it takes a few seconds. But it feels like minutes before you see that you got a hit on target then it. Takes a few more seconds but it feels like much longer for the sound of that hit on steel to get back to you it’s an. Amazing experience that is hard to convey if you’ve never done it and the time that passes from the trigger pull to the hit to the audible feedback just. Kind of solidifies the amazing task that you’ve just accomplished You know I’m always looking for high. Quality optics at affordable prices and nikon has always delivered for me i made my first thousand yard shot with a nikon black scope and have nikon products on. Many of my guns I’ve always been very happy with the value I’ve got from nikon they deliver a solid scope for the cost. since i got into long distance shooting i wanted to get a really good pair of range-finding binoculars i want something that i can use to locate targets while at the same time determine the range and even use in a limited role as a spotting scope i love the idea of. Being able to locate targets and get the range at the same time instead of finding the target with the binoculars putting those down then picking up a rangefinder and hitting the target with it to determine the distance being able to. Both find the target and determine the distance with one piece of equipment makes things a lot easier and quicker these will also work great and hunting. For the same reason when i saw that. Nikon had an offering i was immediately interested and ever since the first time i picked up the laser force binoculars I’ve been extremely impressed with the clarity of the glass the ease-of-use Christmas’ of display and the overall build quality of the binoculars when. Buying binoculars i don’t know if there’s anything much more important than the clarity of glass and the idi. Glass nikon puts in their laser force is extremely clear it’s hard to film through binoculars so the footage really doesn’t even come close to doing it justice. Hi I’m ben with redstart birding and want to show you a little bit about the zeiss terra idi binoculars so typically. You see that zeiss name the german brand. New sinked herself this appears but I’ll consider cost thousands of dollars and certainly his ice makes absolute premium. Top-shelf optics we were thrilled when they came out with a terra idi though which was gonna sell for under $400 the. Idi stands for extra low dispersion glass that’s one of the things that’s gonna set this binocular apart great color contrast really good low-light performance and really worthy of the. Zeiss name some of the features are pretty typical for what you want in a good mid price butt knocker twist up and down eye cups we’re gonna make it easy for high glass wearers to use it’s got a closed focus well under 10 feet so really versatile for using in all sorts of habitats and conditions and speaking. Of which its waterproof and submersible so if the weather is out raining outside you don’t worry about that keeping you from birding with yours i stare at idi binoculars come to the case neck strap lens covers and zeiss is lifetime warranty it’s got a 8 42 10 by 42. For me and then moving forward into the military in the marine corps here’s these like five pounds steiner binoculars which we’re probably really. Good like 20 years ago when they first got issued out and by the time they got in my hands I’ll beat up scratched you. Can’t see anything through them so fast-forward now as i start to get more and. More into hunting one i realize the. Intended application where they really shine and to actually get turned on to. What you’re paying for with quality as. More and more I’ve gotten into using. Binoculars especially a good pair of binoculars I’ve come to realize its kind of along the lines of a trigger in. You ar you have a standard m4 trigger. And you use that for a long time all of a sudden when you drop in really nice guys lee super similar matic enhanced. Trigger in there you’re like wow like this is awesome huge quality difference. Right so binoculars you use crap ones. For a long time and then when you use good ones you’re like okay this is where the money’s going like this is the quality like that’s what I’m looking for conversely you hand someone a pair of binoculars, and they look through them. Haven’t looked through any other pairs of binoculars and I’m like oh that’s cool how much are these and you’re like oh this is the price, and they’re like are you serious because again there’s no. Frame of reference these ice thierry. D-10 by 42 binoculars are great back. Here you have a nice big adjustment knob for your focus really comes in handy. See if it’s colder than you have gloves easy to manipulate and it’s really smooth doesn’t get stuck anything along those lines the 10 by 42 is in reference. To tin power and then up front a 42. Millimeter objective lens i find these. Tin by 42 s to kind of be the sweet spot a couple different respects one as far. As tin, they also make a eighth power i like the tin that extra magnification glassy and hillsides and in addition to. That kind of size and weight about four. And a half inches by five and a half inches weighs a little over 25 ounces. Not super heavy not super big kind of. That perfect size and depending on how you want to carry them it obviously comes with a strap you can go throw l in. There and let these guys rest or what i like to do i don’t usually have the strap on there cuz i find it gets in the way and I’ll just keep them right in front of my hill people gear kit bag. Really handy right there or if I’m driving around it’s a lot easier too not. Have that strap hanging off of them when you’re trying to pick them up from the center console something along those lines some other notable information. With these terry ds is water-resistant not waterproof on their site it lists. Then as water resistant to 100 mil bears. No idea what that means looked it up one. Mil bar is basically in reference to. Think i did find interesting is these binoculars have a twilight factor of twenty point five what does that mean so. Twilight factor is actually kind of the antiquated metric for measuring optics. Binoculars as far as how much detail you. Can see in low-light not necessarily how much. Light gathering capability that actually hinges on the coatings of the lenses but. How much detail under low-light you can see the way they come to that is a. Formula it is the magnification multiplied times the objective diameter. Lens 42 millimeters then you get the. Square root of that which is about twenty point five what does this mean basically you can see pretty good detail. Even under low light that isn’t in. Respect to how well these gathered light and i will say though they do a really good job and that’s where that’s where. You really get to appreciate binoculars any type of optic is kind of that wolf. Light before dawn after sunset like. Everything’s kind of really dark lights going you can still see because with good. Optics they do a great job of gathering light these definitely do that and I’m really pleased with them investment you get yourself a good pair of binoculars you’re gonna be using them for years and. Depending on how you want to carry them it also comes with a pretty cool kind of semi rigid hard case on the one side there’s belt loops you can throw it on your belt slide it through webbing on your pack however you want to have it and zipper closure as well as this little magnetic top and when it opens it doesn’t flop all the way up and so these things aren’t going to tumble out smash themselves on some rocks pretty handy depending on how you want to carry it as far as the price point usually around four hundred dollars you can get them through amazon as well some other places but talk to the guys over at base camp. Hey guys welcome back to the camera view stuff and this week i got a pair of. Binoculars let me show you these bad. Boys all right and they are very cool. Very small and they’re very good okay my. Only complaint right my only complaint. Is that got a little dust and between. The eyepiece right where you get to. Adjust it okays so let me go back a. Little because the little eyepiece adjustment part that’s a good thing right, but they are not the spoof i guess. They’re not dusted proof and i don’t know. About water haven’t dropped them in water or anything like that but i do use them out in the field you know and. There’s a lot of dust so the first thing that i noticed after a week of using it in the field was that some dust got it. Just a little bit but you can feel it right and what I’m talking about. Is this area right here this right here. Now this is nice because you know that your eyes right have different visions. Some of us are lucky, and we have the same vision on both eyes not me right. This one has a different i don’t know. What it’s called but you know this one i. Have to adjust a little bit more right. And once you do that you do the left and. Then your right you adjusted from here to get it nice and focus then you can. Use the big one to focus in and out right so that’s what I’m talking about. But they’re nice right i believe there. Are $20 on amazon and I’ll have the link. Below very durable very nice i grab them. And throw on my truck and then when i go out in the fields i grab one throw in my backpack they’re super compact they’re very nice. And i mean i think they’re very good. Hello and welcome to this video review. On our youtube channel today I’m. Reviewing the new victory rf range-finding binoculars they were introduced in 2018 and eva i hope you. Saw our even report about them they were one of the biggest news on eva especially because we all waited for a. Couple of years now that science will refresh their range-finding series of. Binoculars what was really funny that in. The meantime their main competitors they all did new models because the old. Victory rf was the oldest on the market until this year however it they still. Sold well because they were still well-made and so on however technology goes. Advances every year so they show the new. Model this year in 2018 it’s made in. Germany it’s a true victory and it comes. In four flavors a 242 10 by 42 8 by 54. And 10 by 54 so you have two models for. How it’s a daytime hunting and then you. Have two models for low-light hunting this 10 by 42 which we have here it’s. Really special because it has actually. No competition as you know the only. Competition which we could look at would be either from leica or swarovski but uh. First of all sasuke doesn’t produce anything above 42 millimeters in their. Range finding series so your range is. Either 10 by 42 or a by 42 and then like. Up they have a couple of geog rids. However all of their geo bits are either. Eight-time mag nif a magnification with. 56 millimeter objective lens or 15 so. The only real competition to this would be the jewett hdb which is only. Available 8 by 56 no 10 by 56 and then. They have the normal jewett r which is. 15 by 56 again not a direct competitor to this model here so if you wish to. Have a 10 time magnification and still a little bit bigger lens for low-light size is your only option and there is. Nothing wrong with it because it is really astonishingly good. I especially admire the ergonomics. Because if you would mask this two buttons here nobody would even notice that this is a range finding binoculars. Just look at them they’re small compact. Without any sign that they’re range-finding binoculars the only sign. Are those two buttons which is almost. Nothing and this is the first time somebody managed to do range finding binoculars which look like normal binoculars which are even compact because with this 54 millimeter objective lens so i said a really smart. Move because they shaved off about 20%. Of mass and size and with their hd. Lenses and t-star coatings and all the. Technology they have the achieved almost. Equal level of light transmission rate. And equal level of image brightness so. This is really usable in low light even. Though they are only 54 millimeters well the objective lens is only 54 millimeters what is true is that normally if you. Look at the ht victory hd which has a. Bikini prism not schreeten pahang like. Here you do gain some additional a transmission so the rain shining. Binoculars will never be just equally bright as the normal however i think that the loss is still minimal and i personally would trade off that. Low-light performance for the range. Finding possibilities mmm this tank 44 by 54 they have 110 meters. Of field of view which is not the best result ever but still it’s more than average and more than good enough as you. Can see they have mali bridge design but. Still, they can be the handlink and then. There anomic sits still great i don’t think this is a — they have that they. Don’t have the open bridge they come. With all the technology sighs have at the moment so lotta tech. Outer coatings to repel dirt and to repel oil and repel water and so on they. Come with t-star coatings the fl concept. The hd concept with all this fancy name. Which at the end they give you superb. Optical performance and this is what is crucial it is crucial to inform all the. The users and customers about all the. Technologies which are inside with all this fl concept hd concept and so on and hd glass and half hour glass and so on. But i think that the end result the. Optics is so good is the most important they do they are heavy. Binoculars this pair weights roughly 1100 grams of 1.1 kilogram and it’s 19. Centimeters long however this is still not really a lot for binoculars with 54. Millimeter objective lens, so they are quite short, and they are not too heavy if you take into the consideration the big objective lens and their low-light. Performance they’re very short really. Really great resolution edge to edge. Sharpness is great and i would say from. The size they’re almost you handle them as a 50 millimeter binoculars not 54. It’s really easy they come with 10 years warranty many germany with a really nice bag for carrying so nicely. Designed and the magnet inside carrying. Strap the another carrying strap for the. Binoculars i don’t like this is. Something one of the few things i don’t like so the objective lens covers i. Think they could have done better i. Think they could make them better the. Eye the eyepieces covers are nicer they. Are soft made from soft rubber these are really. Nice while this i don’t like that much. Apart from all the things that i like on. These binoculars i think this is not a big — but still i have to mention it. They also come with a quick guide. With all the features and a longer. Manual the cleaning cloth and so on they. Measure distances above 2300 meters they. Say even 2500 is possible i would say. For most hunting applications one. Kilometer one kilometer and a half is more than enough and what is really. Really good is that they take into the consideration all the elements the. Pressure the temperature of the air and. Everything but matters so they went into. The direction where like event first and. Then swarovski did with their ds1 second. And not size with this rf so that it. Doesn’t take into account only the angle at which you are shooting but also the weather which is important that long. Range you think and when you hunt on this instance bigger than 500 meters. Focusing the design is classical size i. Think they also feature this comfort focused concept i really like it smooth. It’s easy precise the focusing is very. Nice and also if you are holding them with one hand you can see that there by normally the focusing knob is at the. Right position and you’re able to focus with one finger really nicely mint i. Like the focus sick a lot i also think. It’s self lubricating but i didn’t find. This in any data so i cannot be a hundred. Percent sure but it works nicely i will probably try that really extreme. Low temperatures to see if it works as well as in other size binoculars where. It works flawlessly what is also very. Important is that the diopter settings. Are separated for each high because this. Binoculars have an internal display. Where you see the distance and all other data so you correct the diopter setting. On both ice-born for the image one for the display and then normally you focus with the central mall the. Eyepieces the eyepieces have three positions one. Two three they work well they are stable. They can really offer support and in. This lowest position they are perfect for those who wear glasses like. Myself so i do have to say i have seen nicer. Eyepieces however in terms of. Functioning they are they’re superb nothing can can be said wrong about them. The design itself with the mid-size it’s minimalistic and this is something what maybe i miss a little bit with eyepieces. If they would do a little more fancy. Design however they work they offer. Different positions they even offer longer i believe, and they’re great for. All the users with glasses now what’s. More important i did a separate video about connectivity of this binoculars. With bluetooth over bluetooth with their. Size hunting app i really encourage you. To look at this video i will just show. It again for a little bit what you can. Do so when you have a smartphone install. Size hunting gap it’s a perfect app in. My opinion the best hunting app on the market at the moment at least from all. The producers of sport optics i have to be honest and not so familiar if. Producers of rifles and let’s ammunition are doing also similar apps but in the. In the field of all those who are. Producing sport optics outside this one is the best at the moment at least in my opinion the main reason for that is because it’s only one had all others. Have many different apps one for the. Reticles one for the ballistics one for one type of rifle scopes the other for another type of rifle scopes and so on sighs combined everything in one. Single happen i think this is really great so you put in the ballistic. Programs the hunting diary this is really a great feature i talked about this a little bit more in a separate video then normally connected products at the moment size only offers victory. Rf which can be connected and other products you can insert into. Category my products location the map. Where we are at the moment the compass. And so on so the integration of the. Ballistics and how it works you input. All the ballistic table in this app you. Choose which ballistic curve standard. Ballistic curves fits the best front. Size and then you sync the app with. Binoculars and then binoculars will take. Into account all the elements the weather the temperature and so on and. When you measure the distance they will. Help you to go to help gain the. The Best possible accuracy so this is a really good approach and i really like. How it works i also like that you know we’d like you. Had to took out from the. Binoculars the small sd card where you. Put all the ballistics in and then you program it on your computer then you put this small sd card back to the binoculars and it was a hustle normally. The joy of its hdb are little bit older so at that time this was completely normal but with a rf know this works. Flawlessly with bluetooth i encourage you to look at my other video so that i will stop showing the app if i show. Everything again you will not go to my other video so what to say in the. Summary i think that now the cards get. Mixed a little bit because honestly this victory rf they really have a couple of. Advantages against all others especially. This bluetooth connectivity and a great app made bite-size i also think that. Economically this is the way to go because size achieved to produce the rangefinder universe which i have completely the same shape and the same ergonomics as in normal binoculars i. Extremely like the fact that if you is. You would hide these two buttons you will not able to see that these binoculars. Have a range binding capabilities so i. Like the ergonomics i like the styling even though it’s not some flashes actually here he had the eyepieces. However they work they are functioning and the whole style is i would say the. Same in all in all parts of the. Binoculars i also like the image quality. The image quality is when you’re looking in daytime it’s really good the resolution edge to edge resolution the field of view and so on everything is really good especially considering that range finding binoculars usually don’t have optics performance or the same level as normal well these do. They come really close to normal you still lose some light transmission rate but this is normal with range finding the numbers you gain range funny capabilities instead i also think that. This 10 the 45 combination is it’s its. A smart move because nobody else produces something similar and i also think it’s smart move because if you’re a long-range hunter you wish to have a. Little bit higher magnification so 10 times is the way to go however a lot of. Hunters will say with a 10 by 40 to the. No cleaners in low light you really. Lose a lot, so we tend a 44 you have 10. Times magnification and you still have some low-light performance and i especially like from size that they went with 54 millimeter objective lenses not 56. So that the binoculars are not too big i like this compromise i also think now. The competition special between life and. Size will be really fierce because now. They are all in the same level when you look at the range finding performance well similar they’re all above 2000. Meters which is more than enough for all users it doesn’t really matter if one goes to 2500 the other one goes to 2700 it’s not a big difference and. This is something good because. Competition always brings better and better products to the users what i don’t like is that the price of. All this rangefinders of the top class really went sky-high the price of these. Binoculars is around three thousand four hundred euros but when you consider what. You get you see that it’s maybe not so i. Would say to be when you consider what. You get the optics which is almost on. Equal level like with normal binoculars. Of the highest class and you additionally gain range panic abilities. And then you additionally gain the connectivity over bluetooth and all the ballistics data and so on and ballistic calculator well you see that it’s worth. It so i hope i covered all the basics i. Always at the end try to say what could. Have been done better in this case know. About maybe only the last part where. They can still do something better is in life transmission rate department where. This is another rangers tabletop review of leopold tactical 10 by 50 binoculars. These just arrived in and yeah we woulda. Liked them there are a couple of things that we don’t like which we’ll go through later the things we do like are. These 100% waterproof nitrogen-filled and fog proof the eye relief is really. Good when using the form blanc for long periods of time you don’t get the i stress this is really nice they just. Twist out like this particular. Variation comes with tactical milling. Reticle emr or mil dot reticle i would. Suggest if you’re going for long distance shooting long-range shooting then you’re going to want the tmr because it’s a finer ekta chol and more. Useful for ranging over long distance what we also like as well is this. Actually turns this dial here the. Reticle now you won’t be able to see this but if you want to range anything. That’s horizontal or vertical but it’s. Not exactly 100% vertical or horizontal then this actually adjusts it also if. The binoculars are being passed between two three people that’s really useful. For iced basing things we don’t like are. These rubbish lens caps we have to say I’ve lost these probably three times. Already a bit of a throwaway item on an. Expensive pair of binoculars it’s its. Not really the right thing to put on léopold these need to be changed. I would suggest something like the steiner design where you twist some off. Pull them off and they just are held on. The strap underneath the binocular world the binoculars are in use these actually. Are really important items if they’re. Not built properly and they’re lost and. These get damaged then the very. Expensive pair of binoculars is pretty. Much throw away abul so not very well. Done for their pole for these. These also cheap nasty these areas here. Again needs some attention these would have been better in anodized stainless. Stainless steel or aluminum a nice. Black finish over something that’s harder than these little plastic things here they don’t get top marks for those. Either overall though these are really. Nice we like them just a little little. Things like that they’d fallen down and unfortunately another plus is this as. Well this pack that comes in its one of. The best packs we’ve seen on the pair of binoculars here at ranges actually nice. Heavy-duty zipper lots of padding inside. It’ll pocket in here so you can put any. Lens dust cloths in here and your the. Pieces of maybe any tools there’s a. Little bit of room in there you could fit quite a few things than their if. These are dropped these are going to be protected in this case you like that also we like these male attachments on the back this can be attached to your. Tactical assault packs. You’ve got molly down the side here and on the front overall a very nice. Package that just the lens caps leopold. Change those and these are gorilla a winning pair of binoculars for the price. Probably one of the better ones on the market.

So that it’s in the middle of the range and then you use the diopter to adjust. For your eyes once it’s focused then. Then you use this for the fine-tuning focusing or the fine focusing as you go.
