Okay guys like i said today i get to review a trio of tech tees these are all. Three from outdoor research tech tees in. My opinion are probably one of the most. Important versatile and just. All-around pieces that you need for all seasons i wear these spring summer and. Fall and then they can also be great base layers in the winter so for those. Of you that don’t know I’m sure everybody knows what tech t is but the tech t is a trim fitting athletic. T-shirt that is generally not made of cotton just because cotton is not a performance fabric and doesn’t dry quickly it also just doesn’t have that great form fit and performance that you’re looking for. That you get with synthetic materials so. The first step in the trio is the. Outdoor research igniter this tech. T is probably the most comfortable of. The three I’m going to review in this video they call this a heathered. Material I’m not quite sure really what. Heathered means but to me it just means that it’s soft so this is an all synthetic but this one feels the most. Like cotton so if you’re looking for the. Most comfortable t-shirt i would go with. The igniter it also happens to be the most trim fit so all three of these are. Mediums and four for this medium. This is definitely the most trim fit it’s the tightest and the arms and in the armpits so it just depends on what. You’re looking for as far as fit but. This is the trim stuv the three and this is the most comfortable so if you’re doing maybe an activity that isn’t the. Most high output or you don’t need the. The Highest performance as far as wicking properties breath ability quick drying if. You’re just looking for something a little bit more like a t-shirt but still has performance properties of a tec. Teeth look at the outdoor research igniter. Okay this is the echo from outdoor. Research the echo is by far the lightest. This shirt is unbelievable just. Because it really feels like you’re wearing nothing so when i want to. Do something that i almost don’t want to wear a shirt but i just want to wear a shirt maybe for abrasion protection with. A pack or if it’s super hot out and i. Don’t want to get sunburned I’ll throw on a shirt this is the one I’m gonna look for because this is just the absolute lightest of the three that I’m. Reviewing today again the echo that this. Has kind of dual colorway a nice light. Blue with this high visibility yellow so this would be a great option for a running shirt as well especially just so you can be seen on the road as. Far as fit i would say this is actually. Probably the loosest or the largest of. The cuts it’s definitely looser in the sleeves. And it’s a little bit baggy er in the. Waist so it just has that loose airy feeling to it really feels like you’re wearing nothing this is a this is also a great piece like i said this is the one. I’m gonna go for it when i don’t really want to wear a shirt but i either have to wear a shirt or i just want some sort of protection that a shirt offers I’m gonna look at the echo again super high. Performance and this pattern this. Fabric pattern its kind of square. Crosshatch pattern very high performance. Again these are all quick-drying very. Breathable so yeah this is another great. Option again the lightest okay guys this. Is the last shirt in the trip today this is the outdoor research gage now the gage in my opinion is the highest performing shirt of the three this. Fabric is like magic it’s super breathable it dries amazingly. Quick i think the fit is probably in. My opinion it’s probably the best it kind of combines between the igniter and the echo kind of in-between fit so not. So tight that it’s tight in the arms and. Tighten the armpits but it’s also not baggy in the waist. Either so i think this is the probably the best fit as far as performance is concerned and this fabric. Is also probably the highest performance as far as far as breath ability quick-drying just overall this is what you think of. When you think of a high performance tech tee now it’s not the most comfortable and. It’s not the most lightweight so you’re gonna have to strike that balance between what do you want it to feel like on your skin kind of that on the skin feel also are you willing to sacrifice. Just a little bit of weight it just has a little bit of a heavier weight not as. Much as an airy feel as the echo but i. Think the strikes are good balance and this is the highest performing of. The three it also has the most detail as. Kind of the exposed stitching has kind. Of a pretty cool design may be more of a runners look in the back not so much like an outdoor sports like rock. Climbing or mountain bike look it has more of a runners look but this is. A great one super high performance if I’m going to be doing a high output activity or something like. Climbing in a gym that’s general a little warmer than the outside I’ll go for this one just because it. Dries so fast and it’s probably the. The Highest performance in my opinion overall all three shirts are great now. My only gripe with all three is that. They run really large for me i like tech. Tees to be slim fit i don’t want them to. Be big and bulky like a traditional just street wear or street cotton t-shirt i. Want them to be form fit because for me performance is number one when it comes to this style t-shirt so i had to size all of these down everything I’ve ever reviewed for outdoor research all the tops the jackets the shirts they’ve all been larges all three of these that i. Reviewed in this video are all mediums i originally got the largest, and they were way too big so if you want something a. Little higher performance and you like the trim fit that you kind of see on me in these videos be sure to size down one you normally would get in a typical t-shirt so that’s my only gripe is the. Fit be sure to size down but other than that all three are great different applications we’re looking for comfort lightweight or high performance i think that they pretty much have the whole the. Een geweldig ik heb nog nooit in zo’n fijn broekje gelopen en sowieso het. Heeft aan de binnenzijde een ik een korte tijd en daarin zijn de. Zowel op de linkere bovenbeen of rechter boven bij opbergvakjes gemaakt voor naar. Bijvoorbeeld en een gel ook aan de. This is the first time i really run in. The better than naked jacket for an extended period my first impressions are. It’s a great jacket in terms of being. Ideal for conditions in this area in the french alps like a morning like this. Morning i went for a run and it’s cool. Misty some wind and it’s just perfect. Because it blocks the wind it’s breathable not getting hot in it and. Your core temperature kind of stays in that ideal state or you’re not sweating. But you’re not getting cooled either i think to be able to regulate your core. And to be able to stay comfortable is. Really important and it’s so lightweight. That when it does warm up enough that you want to strip it off you don’t even realize when you tie it around the waist or stuff it in your pocket it can’t even. Tell us there even when you’re wearing. It’s like a layer that you don’t even realize is really on you the feel of the. Fabric is way different than anything I’ve worn before it doesn’t it doesn’t feel like you’re your typical wind layer it’s super comfy just got. Done with a nice uphill warm me up. And this layer is ideal because it’s so. Light and just strip it off when you warm up a bit tire around the waist and. Go.

Okay guys welcome back and today i wanted to do a short review it’s a pair. Of shorts i recently purchased it is. From the north face they’re a 7-inch inseam short it is called and the name. Is long for shorts but it’s called the north face better than naked long haul. Shorts what their main thing is it has a. Compression layer underneath and then. Just your normal standard short on the top overall I’m very pleased with them. I’ll go over some of the details with you and what makes it their long haul. Short has normal standard looking a mesh. Front back sides has a little mesh events lightweight the back has a. Zipper pocket pretty standard you can put a couple goos you could probably put keys some money credit cards id whatever you’d like to keep in your pockets i mean that one is zippered on each side. Of that you’ll see that it has two mesh pockets here as well they would hold. Probably two or three goos each or i like to leave them blank empty if I’m. Running and it’s cold or you know i have something else with me I’ll uh my hands. Warm up enough I’ll pull the gloves off stick one in each side and it’s held them well so it’s a pretty decent sized pocket it’s got a little elastic to it so it holds things pretty snug and it doesn’t bother you as you run I’ve noticed another feature of the short. That i like i said it’s got the. Compression with some little grippers on it the rippers do okay they’re not great, but they do okay each thigh has a mesh. Pocket inside as well so it’s sits down. On your quad there I’d say on the front. The lateral side there outside one side. It’s a one big pocket you could probably get a phone in there if you wanted a bar a bunch of goo whatever you like to carry with you as you run I’ll carry your usually baggy updates or something and that thing holds it really well the. Other side on the left leg has another. Pocket as well it’s actually divided into three sections she could hold smaller things in there and hold it a little tighter most people have imagined which just shove a goo in each one of those so in all you could probably get a good dozen goos in here if you were going that long i think it’s a great short one. Think about it the fit i thought was a when you do put them ongoing up. Over the hips a little tight the elastic man doesn’t stretch as much as many running shorts but once you get them all, and they fit great no worries haven’t even had a tie only they fit snug i haven’t noticed that. They overheat at all you know I’ve never run with two layers on you know with the. Compression and they’re normal short no heating no holding of sweat I’ve noticed at all they work really well they run. About sixty-five dollars from the north face i found on ebay brand-new for forty. Five so I’m sure you could find them elsewhere on the sale something but um. As far as that goes they’re well worth the money to me the compression it’s. About as tight as just a normal pair of a running you know underwear like if. You’d like to wear nike pro combat or you know under armour the tight compression underwear it’s about that it’s not anything extra you know constricting on their anyway that’s to. Review of course both the emblems on the. Front and back are reflective for safety they do shine in the dark anyway that’s. A review on that just something simple i thought I’d share with you i would definitely think like in my next alter or something you could probably use this. And a handheld water bottle and be fine wouldn’t have to have a pack or anything else and you could resupply at stations. If you need to but like i said with the capacity of this thing holds if you wanted to load it down with just food and goos i mean that would do you for the least probably a 50k maybe even a.
