Really great book it’s one of the team favorites has great innovative technology and of course it’s a super comfortable or right out of the box this is a boot that you can ride groomers with and take in the park that’s like a unique appeal to it because it has a. Flex zone of about five to seven. Depending on how you adjust a power cuff. And if you decided use the ex cage or not on the liner this is a pretty cool. Boot but overall it does feature that a traditional lacing system and as like the major thing about this traditional. Lace it’s easy to replace if you have enough like splinter lace or so has flex notches on the shell but the thing you may be wondering is it what the heck is this bulk oil or there’s ball really. Doing on the side of the boot this. Boa real actually has a custom kind of like a slide guide to it as well but it. Actually fits on cyst within the midst. Of that tongue so when you crank down. That boa this tongues custom slide. Section actually is drawn into that heal. Pocket you’ll notice that once i click. It in start turning it that custom slide. Locking lace down system and then. There’s the power cuff i haven’t i don’t really have the power cuff setup right now but the power cuff that can be worn. Basically three different ways you don’t have to wear it you can actually cut it off if you like it can be worn across the front and the exterior of the tongue. And then it could be also worn underneath the tongue but over the top of the liner so that’s one way that this boot actually has five different feels. If you want to be the stiffest most reactive the way that i like it in the upper section put the power cuff around the top section of that tongue if you wanted to lose us don’t even where you could cut it off if you’d like inside of. Of those cores going to be wrapped in a by x fiberglass now the combination of those cores and the bio x5 grass mean that this board is going to say nice and soft it’s not going to be a difficult board for a kid to learn on the base is low maintenance you won’t have to wax it all the time and one of my favorite things besides the easy rider convex. This is a 2019 burton chicklets snowboard and I’m on freestyle deck for young riders that are beginner to intermediate maybe advanced level and skill that want a board that’s very pliable really easy to use and not very catchy you’re not really gonna touch an edge with this thing at all it has a true twin style shaping centered stance centered so i cut radius this is a board. That’s great for any of anyone to learn how you can write it this way or this way and it’s gonna feel the exact same and because of the flat top profile. Shape it’s easy to maneuver it’s really. Gonna be catch free basically the board. Is flat its kind of combination of feelings between a camber board which is. Aggressive in a rocker board which is really surfy it’s kind of in-between that it’s stable but not overly aggressive surfy but not too loose then. On the contact points usually where kids catch straight ahead just the contact points are actually rockered up so you’d be less likely to catch but then you add in another element to the chicken which is called the ez edge bevel it actually. Bevels the edge up so along the entire. Edge of the board so you if you like. Doing slide slips like this you’ll be less likely to catch your toe in your heel side edge because of that easy edge bevel it’s a really fun board and for those advanced level young riders that. Easy edge bevel and the flat top profile shape are really great for being in the. Park earing honda light slide and press-on boxes this is a true twin style. Flex pattern the board too so the nose. And the tail will feel the exact same when it comes to like flexing and it has. About a two on that flex rating scale it’s really easy to bend this. Board that’s perfect for anyone who’s really lightweight you know burn does a great job engineering their decks, and they actually made these boards really think so thin that they actually had to put these pads here to accommodate the. Depth of the insert packs of hold your bindings down you know burton does a. Really good job in really caring about their consumers, and they do that starting out with where they start out. This is the burton chicklets rig lit series it’s a board designed for that rider who’s really little and is just learning how to snowboard now the size. 100 and bulow’s in the chiclet series. Actually have two things that one tends and above don’t have number one being the rig lit pole number two being these. Little pads here now the rig wood pole is an accessory for parents to teach. Their kids how to ride on a snowboard you can gradually let them go down the hill and hold onto them basically or you can pull them across flat bottoms the pads are ford the option to have the bindings on or off the board you never. Rider learn how to gain balance by just standing on the pads otherwise you can just put bindings on top as well another reason that they put the bindings on top of these board or pads on top of this boards because the core so thin and you. Need to have a little bit of height in the core to get proper inserts inside. The board is a true twin board it has a. Twin flex and a flex feel rating of a. On the kids boards in the burton line have a feel rating between one and three meaning that this is pretty much the softest board in the burton line now. Inside is going to be a cord so unreal core in size 100s and below the fly core. In 110 and above wrapped in a vioxx. Fiberglass meaning this thing is gonna be soft it’s not going to be too stiff for a little guy or a little girl bo this is for a little girl i suppose if you’re a little kid a little boy and you wanted this board you could probably ride it’s got unicorns and rainbows and flowers on it kind of cool i guess there’s an extruded base it’s gonna stay fast you won’t need to maintain it very much and you know the best part about this board besides the rig lit and the little pants is the easy rider convex. Base meaning that this board will be. Virtually impossible to catch an edge on so when you’re learning how to ride you won’t have to worry about your kid catching an edge and falling on their face and breaking they’re breaking the arms hopefully anyway this is the burton. So here is the 2019 never summer. Mavericks there’s an all-mountain board that’s ideal for carving on piece really good edge hold and the shape of it is gonna give it a surfy feel when you’re riding off-piste as well it’s directional any shapes you’ve got a slight setback with a longer knows it’s gonna help with float it’s gonna give you a ton of performance when you’re on piste as well it flexes medium the. Medium to soft wet it’s nice and playful. There is a little bit of response and snap in there as well because it helps with the surf you feel to it. The camber is fusion rocker camber so. You’ve got a rocker section in the center to help with flow and take away a kind of catchy feel and then you’ve got a slight camber under the front foot and. Then a more aggressive prominent camber. Under the back foot that’s gonna give you a ton of a ton of performance and pop when you’re riding around and it’s. Gonna give you a lot of a grip and edge hold when you’re carving and laying down new cards on the piste the base is a. Duracell xt wintered base really fast absorbs works really well really. Open pores and there yeah retains the way that you put on it for a long time and it will perform on. All conditions all snow types whether you’re on piste or you’re in powder keep you guiding all day long as. Always never saw my graphic serve pretty awesome so the top sheets pretty bright and vibrant really good kind of texture to it as well know it’s kind of lifestyle imagery in there were really poppy kind of blues and green never summer logo up at the top pretty smart ish here so the mavericks has got never sort of super light wood core which is you can tell by the name of it’s really light they’ve. Stripped away any kind of excess materials and source to really light woods that they’ve made very thin. So it just kind of strips away any excess weight it’s also quite durable. And really lively as well you’ve as well. Got elastomeric underfoot stabilization. So you’ve got three different layers of materials within the board that over underfoot and. The idea behind that is it absorbs any chatter and increases the stability when. You’re riding at speed you’ve also got a. Carbon max laminate layup see you got. Carbon strips that extend out to the. Edges of the board from the center it that increases the rigidity of the board torsion ally increases the response and. Also helps with energy transfer so for when you’re going from one edge to the other it’s gonna help you out in that. Respect it’s gonna help you get from your heel to your toe and vice versa so. There marva ryx is aimed intermediate to advanced riders you’re gonna get a ton of performance when you’re riding off-piste or if you’re laying down carves on piste not suited for beginners purely. Because of the camber profile it’s very performance driven so there’s a few other options, and they’re never summer range that are gonna work a little bit better for you and help you progress it’s also not ideal for gob and. Purely because of the shape it’s really designed to perform on piste and off-piste not exactly a park focus board but. If you’re looking for a directional all-mountain board to lay down curbs and slash them off-piste snow the 2019 never summer mavericks. Yeah.

Can’t down size up to 10 centimeters from this, but we also get some guys to. Prefer the longer legs so it’s a couple of reasons behind that if you want to downsize on this board it’s really about. Making it a bit more user-friendly a little bit more sort of like playful and paced at the same time more experienced riders who want that element of. Stability and also that extra float can. Go for a slightly longer size and really. Make the benefit of that full kind of rocker and the front of the board but. Still get that kind of fusion rocker shape with the ripsaw profile in the back so it’s still going to be a nice sort of like cruising board slightly softer flex than the instigator. As well so a little bit more forgiving so if you did want to keep it to a more. Traditional length that’s fine if you. Want to downsize to get a bit more fun go for it for people really wanting to get into the softer snow

With a slightly more free ride orientated shape it’s got a very surfy feel so any. Kind of like any girls with that kind of surf background we really enjoy riding this and myself the snow is slashing around and having a bit of fun so the. Hybrid shape it’s using two of member summer shape from blending them all into one, so we’ve got a slightly more aggressive rips off profile in. The back which is bitten snap here a bit. More responsive so bit more tail dominant at the same time you’ve got a nice meme lol ridge ”’l rocker profile so really listen to the soft snow tree so if you’re finding soft powder riding. Little bit too difficult this will really float up and make it a lot easier really manageable flex on this board is. Work which just means it’s it planes. Really nice and a softer snow especially as contact once a word it low down get. That really long wide nose it just. Planes really nice today.

how’s it going my name is nick with never summer and i have with me the mavericks part of the surf inspired shaper series the mavericks features the fusion profile enhanced camber on tail. Mellow camber up front and a rocker between the feet keeping this super playful and forgiving and taking that turn ability from your front foot moving it back to the back foot so you can slash like a surfboard the mavericks is. A tapered board so it features a wider nose and it tapers down seventeen millimeters to the tail giving it a. Setback when it’s powder but also giving a super carve ability the wider surface. Area allows you to up or down size so. You can downsize the mavericks and have a super nimble shorty that you know still floats or you can up size the mavericks and i have a bigger board that’s still super responsive the small one mavericks is an awesome board surf. Inspired slasher it’s a mid flex stable. At speeds super fun board.

Hey what’s up this is trevor macaques we’re out here at copper mountain 4si a. 2017 on snow demo really high spring for. You guys next year’s 2017 2018 new board in the. Never summer shaper series lineup the mavericks of the few boards in the. Shaper series the mavericks is going to be the big gun of them all I’m a bigger dude I’m like 63 200 plus pounds so i. Kind of preview this one a little more edge hold for me the key story on all. The shaper series boards are the hybrid. Are cutex cambered profile so never some. Is pretty known for their reverse camber underfoot and chamber from insert. Patterns to nose and tail and what they. Did is on their wrist saw model they may. Be the amount of chamber a little bit. More aggressive and they took that same. Technology mixed it into the back foot on the shaper series so it kept the front foot a little bit mellower so it basically gives you a lot more energy to drive and rail turns out of your back foot which is what this board kind of designed to do it’s great on the hardpack which we’re riding here today it’s just drive turns in and out if you. Like the car if you like to go fast i highly recommend this board definitely. Obviously with the set back inserts and. The pretty extreme taper with fat nose. It’s going to have great float ins house. Also you know with every never summer they have a killer warranty their boards are just built like bulletproof three years warranty on everything got their super fast wintered base probably one of the faster. Boards i rode today it’s not the fastest. Hey yeah that’s pretty much it got this. Nice diamond tip on the tail keeps a. Cool little fresh extended blunted nose can’t can’t say anything bad about it. Hey what’s up guys tj here today I’m out riding at Breckenridge checking out the never summer instigator snowboard. Starting off the day riding out here with ryan knapton in horseshoe bowl got. Some fresh snow it’s a little bit chunky but a good way to start the day, and then we’re gonna head down hit some groomers and hit some park on this guy as well This board is part of never summers shaper series so it’s gonna have some pretty unique features to it has an interesting camber profile it kind of combines the ripsaw and the regular. Rocker camber so overall this is gonna be a rocker dominant board with camber. Under your feet with the fusion camber with what they’re calling it you get twice as much camber under your back foot and then the regular amount of camber under your front. This is also a pretty wide snowboard. It’s about 26 and a half centimeters at the waist so much wider than most boards. That size this is a 151 that I’m on today but even the shorter sizes and the bigger sizes across the board or 26 and. A half so this is a really solid board for carving you can really lay those turns over and not really have to worry about you it’s also gonna have a 12. Millimeter taper so the tail is a little bit narrower than the nose that’s gonna help drop that tail and powder another thing that works in conjunction with that taper to help this guy flow a little bit better in powder is the overall directional shape so outside the. Contact points this guy has a really short stubby tail and a longer. Nose as far as the flex goes I’d say. This guy is pretty medium flex maybe just on the stiffer side of medium that rocker dominant shape allows you to get a little bit more leverage for your presses and butters and things like that so you can definitely still get some presses going on this guy and it’s pretty solid for buttering as well. Today is really fun for carving it’s really grippy snow and allows you. To set a very strong edge which is a lot of fun out here today the extra width on the instigator is gonna allow you to really lay turns over as well this is a really solid carving snowboard but it’s also gonna be really versatile honestly it reminds me a lot of the ride war pig except it’s like a rocker dominant version of the war me i will say though. On harder packed snow it feels a little bit loose does have a pretty significant. Rocker to it and when you’re flat base on a cat track it does want to swivel. That rockered center axis Top is pretty average on this guy i. Wouldn’t say that it’s as poppy as other never summers have riddance like the fun slinger or the prototype too but once you get to the end of that rocker and start to load up the camber it does have a decent amount of boost to give you just have to work with that camber profile before you can get the board to load up a little extra effort on ollie’s but overall this is a really versatile. Snowboard if you want to take it to the park it’s gonna be fun in there if you want to do some carving it’s gonna handle really well and allow you to lay over those terms pretty aggressively it’s gonna float and powder i would say. Hello I’m matt guff from house.com and I’m at the copper mountain on snow devil for about to a retailer of snow show checking out some of the 19 year this is a pair of bodies from solving for 2019 it’s called the hologram there’s a pretty interesting binding within the line about a medium style flex the thing that makes it so makes it so unique is. That this chassis system actually has two components there’s a lower stiffer section is an upper softer section on this hupe actually gives a little bit of lateral and medial play while you’re. Snowboarding so the bottom doesn’t restrict all of your movements it actually kind of feels almost like skateboarding just slightly there’s a couple of bindings within the line that are stiffer a couple that are a little bit softer the hologram was like right in the middle it’s a great all-mountain freestyle binding the high back is nice. And tall and nice and wide i really like wide style high backs but it does have a little bit of cuffing on the medial side as well but a little bit more support but surprising enough it’s not super stiff up on top there’s a brand-new strap to the salomon line some old objective 3d style contoured strap it’s. Boots this is a great boot for an intermediate rider an advanced rider would definitely be a fan of the flex on. These because there are six out of ten but this is a boot that’s kind of it’s. Made for more all mountain riding not too much focused towards back country or the park anything like that just a good kind of price point level boot for an. Intermediate rider now on the inside here we have a red liner so it’s made to last for a pretty long time somewhere in the middle again they’re just like flex it’s kind of middle ground liner in these but it will last you for at least a couple seasons especially if you’re going out pretty frequently it’s also going to be pretty warm they’ve got some nice like fuzzy fleece lining on the inside here I’m now on the bottom we have a you know light outsole so it’s made to last whether you’re writing a couple times a year or pretty frequently. And it’s also gonna be very lightweight nothing too heavy or clunky while you’re. Riding or trudging around the parking lot but it’s still gonna have enough support if you do hit like some jumps or. Rails or if you’re riding at high speeds you’re gonna get some vibration dampening with this with the base of this boot as well we also have the boa lacing system in this so if you undo it. Boot so with this boot we have a medium flex so it’s six at a ten on the flex rating scale and i would agree with that so there’s gonna be for a beginner intermediate advanced rider really anyone can have fun on with this boot so. With the lacing system we obviously have a boa so really gets you tight in your boot and in a hurry so with the liner we have a red liner so it’s heat moldable you can bring it to your local shop and have it heats molded to you for that super custom fit or you can just keep hold it. With your own body heat and with that it will heat mold after just a couple wears or so you’ll have that true custom fit. Hey guys michelle here from the house comm and today I’m reviewing the 2018 at woman’s 32 zephyr snowboarding boot one of my favorite snowboarding boots in the 2018 lineup it’s a medium flex so it’s gonna be super comfortable but very responsive so it doesn’t lose the. Playfulness of a soft flex but it does kind of amp it up too close sitter stiff. Flex which is going to give you a little bit more response or quicker response within your riding this is definitely. For really any rider a beginner would. Have you know no trouble at all learning on this boot and a more advanced rider would be very impressed with this boot as well, so we have a cozy cuff up top we. Have a nice fleece lining, and we have an intuition liner which is heat moldable so you can bring it to your local shop, and they can heat mold it for you we also have a velcro power cuff in the top so that also helps kind of just make it super tight and very responsive up top that’s gonna really help with initiating turns as well you’re not gonna have to push too hard into it as i said we. Have a medium flex on this one, and then we have a traditional lacing system so with that being said its kind of just. The no fuss no muss of the lacing system so you’re never gonna have any breakage is really it’s super easy to always just replace just a single lace on these. Now in this we also have some dampening. For if you land you know after a jump um. You’re gonna have some vibration dampening in these, so they’re really nicely engineered boot, and they’re also extremely lightweight, so we have a lightweight evolution outsole and that’s just. Hello I’m matt guff from house comm and this is a 2000 1832 zephyr jones. Snowboard boot this is jeremy jones is. Come like in resort and in bounds boot that he likes riding with his kids it’s an all-mountain boot the zephyr also comes in a regular zephyr that doesn’t. Have the lace gator and you could ride. These basically anywhere if you want to take them in the park you probably could but i consider this to be a little bit softer of an all-mountain just kind of cruising boot for beginner to advanced level rider sure jeremy jones is one of the most epic big mountain riders in the world but if you want a comfortable soft boot with traditional laces and you’re a beginner you could you can definitely ride this thing it does feature traditional laces down the front and. It’s part of the team fit collection so there’s gonna be a little bit more performance in this than you would you find in the comfort fit collection but overall that’s a feeling flex rating of a for a little bit softer than your average boot and that has a lot to do with get a limited amount of access panels on the lateral medial side of the upper section with shell and articulation that means that this upper. Section actually gonna flex independently of the lower zone because there’s a these little zones so there’s less material pinching directly underneath your ankle strap another cool. Part about but does that for jones is that well there’s this lace gear there’s. Like this abrasion resistant style material that covers those laces, so they. Don’t get iced up there’s a little boot gator or a pant gator loop there so you. Can connect that to your pants which is actually really nice too and then basically kind of throughout is this abrasion resistant material on this lower section so if you’re in and out of your bindings a lot you’re not you’re gonna get a lot less wear and tear from your bindings new boots rubbing against each other there’s a 3d molded tongue even flexing tongue so when you over-the-top your toeside edge you’re not gonna get like these weird kinks in the flex and then of course is this. Outsold this is a sti evolution outsole. I’m kind of surprised that they you know 30 to put the evolution also a foam sold. On this one it’s a super lightweight which i absolutely love it absorbs tons. Of impact in shock but it does wear out a little bit faster than what you find in regular rubber that happens to get boots a lot of you know like it makes me heavier but if you. Want your boots and be ultra lightweight you have a good amount of board feel you put this on and that’s what the jones zephyr has one thing that 32 is. Well known for is their liners this is a dual density intuition foam liner it’s. Custom heat moldable but your body heat can activate it to you if you don’t have access to a custom heat moldable liner this is a team fit liner another cool. Part about is that the upper sections of both the liner and the shell are a little bit softer so you don’t get that high back or boot bite when you’re on that heel side edge it just adds a little bit more comfort to the ride the. Liner does feature a heel hold kit on both the lateral and medial side there’s actually sections of the liner around her ankles where you can add in different thicknesses of these he’ll hold kits each boot comes with these and. This one’s five millimeter sick this one’s three millimeters thick so if you have odd shape anko’s if you have ankle problems or issues and you want better heel hold you just slide one of those babies into that little pocket one. Of our team riders kyle kennedy puts the heel hold kits in his. Only his right ankle because he has a right ankle problem but overall. This is a really nice liner it does have upper support panels on both the lateral media side too so a little bit more supportive but overall the flex over the top of that toe side edge on this effort is gonna be just a little bit softer this thing also features this is a. Wicking style top it’s just a big actually a pretty big step up from the standard evm older that you find in the comfort fit from 32 this is a rad boot you know if you’re a dad or a guy who. This boot to me is the quality of the. Liner so we have an imprint 2 liners in this boot and with that on the inside we. Gonna be pretty great for anyone to just jump in whether you’re a beginner or experienced rider it does have these speed lace system so there’re two ropes on the side that you might be familiar with and with that there is a lifetime warranty through burton now the liner is heat moldable and is it has 3m. Th insulate insulation and an imprint 2 liners with a velcro cuff closure so just. To make sense of that it is heat moldable so you can bring it into a local shop they get heat will dip for you and it’s gonna be that amazing custom fit otherwise with that heat molding technology the body heat just from your own body while you’re riding is gonna mold it as well and it’s just gonna be that truly custom fit now with the 3m insulate technology it’s gonna be a super warm but boot without all that bulk now the. Imprint 2 liners means that this is a really great liner the highest-level from burton is an imprint 3 so this is right up there and it’s gonna just it’s. Gonna withstand the wear and tear for much longer than say an imprint 1 now it does have that velcro cuff closure as well so it’s gonna be a super tight closure around your shin and ankle and it’s gonna be super secure fit now for. Hey guys michelle here from the house comm and today I’m talking about the 2018 burton limelight with the bella women’s snowboard boot so this is a medium flex boot so anyone can really jump on it whether your experience or you’re a newer rider and have a pretty good feel for the boot now the difference between this limelight and the speed based limelight is a couple things not only just a boa system, and we’ll get into that just a little bit but the amazing thing about this boa system if you’re not familiar with this boot that there’s an integrated three lacing system so it’s gonna really increase the heel hold in a couple of areas and a lot of people find that super helpful especially if you have it maybe a little bit smaller ankles it’s really nice to have that increased heel hold now with the boa system if you’re worried with the added technology there is a lifetime warranty on the boa system itself now to get into the liner it is. Heat moldable and it has 3m insulate insulation and imprint 2 liners and a volk row velcro cuff closure so to kind. Of digest what all that means the heat moldable liner wait if you want to bring it to your local shop they can warm it up for you and it’ll really give you that custom fit right off the bat otherwise the heat moldable liner is also moldable just by your body heat so if you’re out riding it’s really gonna give you that custom fit that you know and love now for the 3m insulate insulation it’s gonna keep your foot super warm without all the bulk that old snowboard boots needs to have so the imprint 2 liners is great it’s gonna hold up pretty well to all the wear and tear that the boots go through obviously so you’ll have these piece for quite a long time now the velcro cuff closure there is two velcro cuffs on the. Inside here that close around your ankle and chin, and they just really increase the hold they’re makes a little bit more of a comfortable ride more of a secure fit as well so the cushion in this is a women’s specific fit so it’s super comfortable and it has b3 gel so you’re gonna be comfortable all day long on the slopes now the footbed is a level 2 molded eba. The base plate is pretty cool because it does have rocker style corners the. Board’s gonna flex it a little bit more naturally instead of having like really sharp hard 90-degree angles with the base plate this is a kind of composite. That’s nylon and of course fiberglass making it very smooth and soft this oral. Have a flex rating of about a four or a feel rating before through the aging series style base but then discs that. Strap is a again the hybrid straps it’s. Gonna feel a little bit more like a traditional style binding a lot of people who step into flows are just kind of blown away by the fusion strap that’s the one piece 3d molded kind of contoured style strap on this one has it just a little bit more traditional style feel it has the loss of slap ratchets. You can use these bodies take a traditional inklings toe. Feel of a traditional ankle and tow. Strap style binding of the fuze hybrid is one of my favorites and really connect sets the bar for high performance within the flow line going from like kind of like intermediate style performance to advanced style performance but everyone can ride it because it has a little bit stiffer than average flex rating of a 6 I’ve been one to 10 flex rating scale though the single component baseplate is actually a glass and nylon style composite there’s. Underfoot dampening the helps you absorb a lot of negative impact and of course that evie a full bed of padding is actually adjustable so you can adjust it out if your feet grow and you get different boots you can accommodate your boot size with that adjust ability it. Also has a two point five degree can bed as well that kent ben helps to align. Your ankles your knees and your hips together so you can ride longer this is. A really good binding it kind of starts at the base that we just walked through and kind of glide goes up from there this is a mod style high back it’s both. Nylon and glass as well you can adjust it just kind of like with micro style. Adjustments to fit the boots the way you want them to fit along with that is that when you recline the high back notice. How this a hybrid strap kind of like. Rock up this allows for a bigger opening. So you can slide your foot in and one of the greatest things about a recline them a high back style binding is that you can set your findings with these lock slapping ratchets once at the beginning. Of the season and you don’t have to do anything for the rest of the season or you’d have to make any other adjustments all you have to do it just recline the high back it’s really that simple and that’s why a lot of people like riding flow bindings. Now the fuze hybrid as you should know is like it’s kind of difficult to like strap in when you’re sitting down most of the time you have to do it while you’re standing up unless you’ve got some really good talents but one thing.
