Go pro swivel mount here. It is spin it’s kind of tough to spin by itself but get a little bit of it’ll go back it’s a little bit easier. You have it already in the mount. You able to put a little bit. More leverage on it so there. All the way back do. That way you don’t have to switch up your mounts as much. You can turn all the way back around. You want it to face. If it’s in a stationary position. You can kind of wiggle. It around to get the perfect shot from over there over here. Even get more of an angle but here. Ifirst got it out of the box. It was hard I had to slip. It into a mount and then turn. It broke free yeah it’s easier to move 100% but. Me I’m gonna really enjoy the smell adios.
Get was made at the request of GoPro technical support. This is the ball John buckle supplied with the go pro hero4 session. This is overly stiffI’ve mounted. It on the box it comes in just so. Ican grip it better with my left hand. And turn them at the right. You can see it’s extremely stiff to move. And move it backwards. Or forwards it’s extremely stiff to move it’s extremely stiff to rotate as. You can see and there. This is difficult obviously to get across on the video but. You look at this the marks it’s making there on my fingers as. And move that seems extra stiff a lot stiffer. It should be um you put use the supplied camera mount. It feels that the mount is gonna snap. And move when it’s in the mount it’s so difficult to move. It feels like to actually snap the mount, so I’m not sure that’s faulty. How it’s supposed to be I’m not sure feel free to leave a comment of.
Easily attach your GoPro to flat and curved surfaces. Waterproof mounts hold strong. Simple removal by applying heat from a hand dryer. Package includes three curved and three flat mounts. Compatible with all GoPro quick-release cameras

You hey folks captain Dave here. Imade mention that. Igot to do GoPro Jaws with the Flex arm. Ithink they’re referring it as the GoPro Flex jaws. Now there’s many a review on. This product already today is the first day. That I’ve used mine. And I’m really impressed. This thing for me I do videos on boats out on the water with my customers with my charter customers. And what really I need. Iwanted something. That was super quick change an angle change an angle. Iget a different shot real quick I’ve got camera booms. Or poles or whatever. You want to call it. And I’ve got various mounts. All around the boat but still. What it really comes down to. It you need something like. This I needed something like. This and there is other products like. It so GoPro is kind of. You know they kind of copied. What was out there okay I’ve seen. You know a clamp like. This with a flexible jaw already but the big difference is.
That does it have the GoPro mount the clip mount here. You take this off there’s your standard GoPro clip mount on there. And there’s the receiver base. Iguess you could say which is identical to up top here. And you put this in. And it’s very secure. And I can’t you know I’m thought. That I can’t believe. That it’s made this well but. This is a real quality product the grip is super strong. And inside here is kind of zip strip thing and. You can close this up okay. This little loop right here. You can close that up so. When you grip down it’s ripping on the backside as well as the front side. And everything else. Now I’ve got dolphins jumping around over here so it’s very versatile okay.
And then you can open. This gripper all the way up. And then they got a nice little slot right there. Where you kind of take the old tag end. And hide it rights in there. And your camera of course goes on very easily I’m using a J buckle mount here it’s. Because the only one. Ihad on the boat with. Me this morning and there. You go so there it is. And squeeze this it’s really strong. And you can put the camera almost anywhere I’m not going to go into a lot of details about. It for the sheer fact. That there’s a bunch of YouTube videos okay reviewing this already there’s a lot of reviews on Amazon that’s.
Where I got mine and let. Me tell you something Amazon has. It for $10 less than everywhere else. Imade mention that. Iwanted another one so guess. What I got too I got. Another one coming with the new tripod base. Because the pole that. This camera is on right. Now what I’m going to do is put a tripod base on. It okays and then of course I’ll have my camera up here. And I will put the tripod base on then on my camera pole I’ll also be able to flex around. Now what it doesn’t do is. It doesn’t really you mean. You go to turn it doesn’t swivel okay but soon as. You stick it in here. You get some turn out of. It okays see how that’s straight. And this is turning so it’s. All in how this flex arm works okay but. What you’re going to see is the rest of. This video is some unique angles. That I really haven’t gotten before. Imean not not a ton of them but.
Some unique angles that. Ijust haven’t gotten before. And the thing about. It is I don’t even bring my suction cup anymore hell with. That thing this snaps on. Anything that’s about two. And a half inches in diameter so. This really works better for me. Than the suction cup. Inever really trusted the suction cup in truth. And I even got a big tether for it so you’ll see. Some various angles. This is one review. If you want to call. This a review of the GoPro jaws flex arm here. That is done on a boat I’ll show. You some various angles. And a little bit of fish catching at the same time so Amazon best deal I’ll put the link in the bottom of the video. Ithink it’s 40 bucks. You can everybody’s charging 50 bucks for this. And I think even on eBay it’s usually 50 bucks. You go to GoPros website it’s 50 bucks its MSRP Amazon has got. It out there and we know. That quick delivery with Amazon. Ilove Amazon and I love eBay. Igo back and forth. And I see which were.
And how can I get the best deals with free shipping on. All my GoPro stuff and. All my fishing tackle so I’ll show. You a few of these different angles. And how quick and easy. It is to attach this I’ll be right back people t-tops. You can mount this. All over inside your key top inside a cabin boat, so I’m going to show. You a couple others. And I really recommend the GoPro jaws flex arm here 3995 on Amazon it’s. One of their best mounts ever it’s a great handle to you.
This video we are going to be reviewing the Jaws flex clamp so. What is the jaws flex clamp for GoPro well it’s basically a clamp mount for your camera with a extendable flexible arm well go ahead. And start with an unboxing, and then we’ll go through a little bit of review of what makes. This mount cool we think it’s worth the extremely high price. That GoPro is charging for us we’re just gonna go ahead. And open up I’m quite sure. These package is open but. It looks like this seems to be working for us there are the jaws. And the Flex arm, so we’ll start by looking at what sets. This clamp apart from. Some clamps that I’ve shown. How to make on this channel the clamp mount is a really popular mount. And it’s cheap to make. You can make one for about $2 using a dollar-fifty clamp mount. Some hardware and drill. And they’re super quick. You can check out the link in the video description. You want to see how to make a DUI. One but let’s think then about. What makes this work the premium price you’re paying for it. This is a $50 mount right. Now in the GoPro site. Now the gooseneck here is really cool. It does allow for a huge amount of flexibility. And it’s really cool. It comes with the grill probe buckle mounts on. Both ends that means. You can use any of your existing GoPro mounts. It doesn’t just have to be used with the jaws clamp so that’s really cool in itself. And actually they’re. Now selling this by itself I’ve seen on the GoPro site so those.
That mount is really cool. And then the handle I’m not really soul. And using this in the handle. Ithink there’s a way better handles out there, so I’m not a huge fan of using it as a handle it’s a little bit too big for my liking and yeah. Ithink as a handle it’s not perfect but for the flexibility. And versatility it allows for a static mounting shot it’s really cool so coming down to the clamp itself. It has way higher bite force. Than just traditional hardware store mounts do him as cool as. It does use a dress go pro buckle mount which is integrated into the clamp itself which is cool. That means you can use J buckle mounts. Or buckle mounts and then. It also makes it really quick. And easy to remove your camera so. That is cool I know use no need for tripod mounts there then it’s also got a rubber coated grips so the tip here is rubber coated. And then as is the inside of the clamp itself so.
That makes it was better at gripping on to. All kinds of things so. Anything that was smooth. That a clamp maybe didn’t hold. That well to this will because of. That rubber inside it can hold up to a 2-inch grip so wide open. It will hold on to about a 2-inch diameter thing which is cool. And then the other thing and. What really sets it apart. And which is totally awesome is they’ve got. This rubber ratcheting band here which. You can pull out just like. Idon’t know you guys can see. It wraps inside the mount for storage normally but then. You want to clip onto. Something really small. And the ratchet works by right. Now it’s open and then. When the grips touch. It locks the ratchet down. It becomes impossible to move so. You want to grip onto. Something and they their demonstration shows a pencil so.
Iforgot to do the same thing as a pencil. It inside here and then. You pull the ratcheting strap tight place. It inside and then. You can give it one last little ratchet. And just like that it’s held on super securely to the pencil. You can see I it’s not slipping I can turn the pencil. And it’ll actually it has enough grip to pick itself up. And without slipping and then again spinning it like. This there’s no slip so that’s really cool. Now maybe you’re saying well. Idon’t really need to clamp onto a pencil. What good is that but being able to mount to. Something with this diameter securely enough to get a static shot is really cool is the jaws amount. That you’re going to use for action shots clamping to a motorbike clapping to a bicycle.
Something like that probably not is the gooseneck. Something to use for. Either probably not but. What it is will allow. You do is get really awesome static shots. And it’s gonna allow. You to switch positions of those static shots very easily. And quickly so to this as a mount for someone who uses their GoPro to shoot things from a stationary position. This is kind of step away from GoPros like kind of action camera mounts it’s not a chest mount it’s not a head mount it’s. Something that’s designed to be used to get static shot so. If you’re shooting concerts which is a new big thing. You can see the GoPro hero3 black music edition.
Ibelieve one of the. That goosenecks included in. That so that’s the direction they’re going with. This mount it can be great for mounting to stationary things. You want to get set up shop set up shots of events. Something like that being able to mount with. One of these would be really easy. And versatile it does go back to the roots of being able to camera. You can mount everywhere but it’s kind of step away from the action camera orientation. More towards just a very versatile easy to mount camera. Ithink is this comes in it’s a mount for someone who wants to be able to get stationary shots which are super easy to change angles change positions. And quick to set up. And take down it’s not for mounting on to the action it’s not for mounting onto your car it’s not for mounting onto your motorbike but it’s for maybe mounting to get a shot of a motorbike going by.
Something like that’s. This will become incredibly versatile. And valuable overall then. Isee the value of this mount for some people. Idon’t think it’s a necessary piece of gear for every GoPro kit bag. If you’re unsure you want a mount like. This check out the DIY GoPro clamp mount. And make one for two dollars. And then see you actually use. It a ton and then I found the investment in. One of these easier to justify. Ilike the ease of mounting. That the clamp mount provides. This just seems that much. More awesome thank you guys for watching this was. Another GoPro tips and tricks video you’ve enjoyed. It pleases make sure. You subscribe check out my channel for lots.

Today we’re looking at the hammer bar seat post pole mount from go pro. This mount has had quite a. Few upgrades since the last time. Ilooked at and a couple of the problems. Icomplained about have been fixed so what’s included with the GoPro handlebar roll bar pole mount kit well first off there’s the good old handlebar roll bar mount that’s. This thing right here — GoPro bolts a long. And a short one a 3-way pivot arm. And the new addition the two rubber inserts. These are really cool. They were desperately needed the old mount used to have no rubber on the inside of. It the roll bar mounted. You remember has plastic. And sterling inside of. You have a bar mount head no rubber on the inside of. It still doesn’t this meant. That mounting onto anything metal was almost impossible. And the mount would move around like crazy.
We would overcome this problem by using parts pieces of old biking or two. Something like that to just add a little bit of rubber to the inside to counsel out. Or to add some friction to the mount didn’t move around too much with. These new pieces you can actually take them. And then they have. These rubber knobs at the top which jam into the roll bar mount. Or into the handle our mounts are just like. And then make your roll bar mount. Or your handlebar mount way. More secure so you start by wrapping the rubber piece around. Whatever you’re mounting on to. You make sure that it’s tight around there. And then you do up the handlebar mount the other really cool addition is the thicker.
You have tried to mount your handlebar mounts to the pointy end of your ski pole. What you’ve probably found is. It doesn’t actually go small enough to get a good grip. You could overcome this by wrapping it in rubber. Or duct tape something like. That but with this new piece. You can insert in here. It greatly reduces the grip size of the diameter. Or the handlebar mount will grip onto. It makes it small enough to grip on to the small end of a ski pole. That is super cool so. These two additions are huge. They will work with the old handlebar mount so the an old handlebar mounts have the same two indents. One has which means. That using these are pieces with your old handlebar mount is still possible the addition of these two rubber pieces has just about fixed my biggest complaint about the hand lower mount. That was the ability for the mount to just spin. And move when mounted to a bike handlebars. This on a bike it would. Most the time just fall in your camera would end up facing down.
Because like I said there’s just. It was metal on plot hard plastic. And there was no grip there so. We had to do some with. That was pretty annoying with the addition of these two pieces. They fixed, and they’ve also fixed my other complaint was which was. It did not work on the end of a ski pole so by the addition of. This piece they have made. That possible I don’t feel. That the GoPro handlebar mount is a critical piece of gear for your kit. You want to mount on to bike tubes. And handlebars of bikes. This is definitely a valuable mount for you but. Idon’t think it’s something. That every person who owns a GoPro is going to require pole mounting if you’re going to get. And then buy a pole just mount. It on to may be looking at a dedicated GoPro pole would be a better option.
You do want the versatility. That comes with this then that’s great. It is a really cool. And useful versatile mount. One other things you guys can look at is my DIY handlebar mount using a hose clamp it’s a little bit harder. More time-consuming to mount. This but it is just about as secure so that’s a really cool mount. You can find that link in the video description guys. This was another GoPro tips. And tricks video if you’ve enjoyed. It pleases make sure. You subscribe to check out my channel for lots. More videos and like the video. You have any questions. Or comments you can leave them down below. Iwill be sure to read them. And to respond to as. Ican until next time guys thank. You very much for watching you.
So here is the handlebar seat post poll. Now huh right here and I’m liking this an accessory. Ithink it’s pretty neat. This spins and locks in so. You can change it around. Ijust use it on my bike not long ago. That in there but it goes up pretty big. You take this rubber piece comes out. It comes with a thicker smaller rubber piece I’ll grab. That here in a moment but. You can hook something pretty barbed. And I’m thinking about. Icould put it on my hiking poles as well. It fits on those pretty good you’re filming this way. And then all Sun I’ll wait. Now let’s film this way oh wait hold on there’s a bird over there let’s film. That way oh no that guy just done a back flip let’s film over there. You can film 360 degrees. You can probably that’s because. Even face you can change. It from the here loosen up next thing you know you’re filming in space okay. Ireally like this mount. Ithink it’s pretty handy. And the thickness this one’s for smaller stuff. This is for obviously larger things see. Nothing there he said just kind of fits in there so then go at. And then go like and then. We go like and then here. We are film each other. You know if Ian’s all seen. That anyway that’s that mount.
