SELLUS CASTING
The all new Sellus series was created for the Bass fisherman. We chose the most popular actions for the hottest techniques used in today’s bass fishing. This series offers rods for Crankbait, Spinnerbait, Top Water, Worm, Jig, and a Flipping stick. We use 24 ton carbon for increased sensitivity and its lightweight feel. Newly designed Reel seats that will make the rod feel perfect and balance perfectly in your hand.

COMPRE CASTING
Shimano redesigned the Compre series of casting and spinning rods to create an all-around rod with top-of-the-line features. The updated actions and powers in the series will help the most serious multi-species anglers get more out of their pursuit of bass, walleye, muskie and inshore saltwater species.
CURADO CASTING
Shimano's new, tournament-quality, Curado rods feature a mixture of versatile and technique-specific actions, covering the spectrum of techniques for hardcore bass anglers. Light and sensitive Hybrid High Modulus UD Carbon with Nanoresin blanks, high-quality cork grips and FUJI components throughout. FUJI tangle free Alconite guides and matte rubberized, soft touch coated FUJI reel seats mean Curado rods are loaded with high-end features for high-end performance.
ZODIAS CASTING
Zodias is built with the purpose to give you, the angler, a crisp and responsive rod that delivers incredible casting distance and accuracy. Utilizing our Shimano Hi-Power X construction, we are able to significantly reduce blank twist, allowing you to efficiently and easily transfer more energy through the rod. But we didn't stop with casting distance and accuracy. The crisp, lightweight blank delivers every tick and vibration down through the custom CI4+ reel seat. These rods are designed, developed and manufactured by Shimano to provide you with a versatile line up of weights and actions. The crisp, lightweight Hi-Power X, Zodias blank sends every tick and vibration down through the custom CI4+ reel seat. In Hi-Power X construction, the blank’s outermost layer is diagonally wrapped with carbon tape, which forms an array of “X” shapes.The width of the tape, its winding angle and the part of the rod being wrapped are fine-tuned according to the target fish species.The flexibility allows Shimano to adjust these wraps during construction for precise actions, enhanced overall strength and added twist resistance.In short, Hi-Power X construction delivers sharp and crisp rod control by the angler.
