The 23 Best Running for Man

Today we're going to be talking about the tareq's to boa so i feel like. Innovation and running shoes is somewhat. Rare now so i look to see shoes that are challenging what's normal because of that innovation this review might take a little bit longer than the other ones because i want to cover that innovation in depth and that innovation is obviously the lacing system so let's just jump into it i believe they call it the boa system it is advertised as a. Finely tuned secure consistent hold it. Looks cool and i was super excited to try it and i have some complaints but i also have some things i like about it so let's talk about the complaints first the first thing isn't really a complaint. But it's a potential complaint I'm worried about the durability of the clicker I've been on a couple dozen runs and I'm about around 150 miles in these. Shoes and it shows no sign of wear and tear but if i happen to smash this. Clicker onto a rock is it gonna hold up or well break or will the clicker just. Wear out over a year of continual use i. Assume that Adidas took that into consideration and made a good product but that's something that only time will tell but if anything does happen in these shoes that i feel like you guys should know i will let you know in the comments below my second complaint is I'm not really a. Fan of how the shoe tightens since the clicker is at the top of the shoe the top of the shoe tightens quickly and the. Rest of the shoe doesn't adjust equally think about when you tie a normal shoe you usually grab the laces in the middle. And tighten those so that you get a nice snug fit in the forefoot and then you grab the ends of the laces and tighten that top section with this shoe it. Doesn't work like that with these shoes the string has no friction so you can't tighten the bottom half of the shoes with your fingers because as soon as you let go it loosens this is slightly. Frustrating but i don't feel like it's a deal breaker especially since I've noticed that as I'm running the tension. Distributes more equally throughout the shoe and then i can tighten it again one thing i do really like about this lacing system is how quick it is it's so easy. To loosen and tighten these shoes whether you're just putting them on or you want to crank them down a little bit tighter on the fly you don't have to take the time to untie and then retie these shoes for just minor adjustments with this new lacing system. The strengths are significantly thinner than normal shoelaces so to protect the. Top of your feet they incorporated a slightly thicker evie a tongue even though the tongue is slightly thicker than other similar tongues its still breathable one huge improvement that they made to the tongue is the notch that they put at the top of the tongue almost every shoe that I've. Had that edita makes with an levee a tongue the tongue will slide to one side while I'm running exposing my socks which allows more dirt and sand and rocks to get in there but with this notch it prevents that from happening as an important side note though with this tongue i have heard people complain about the tongue irritating that top. Section of their foot but i run in crew length socks so i don't have that issue but if you do run in low-cut socks that's something you might want to take into consideration along with the tongue being breathable this shoe has meshed in the areas that also need to be breathable and you can see the plastic welding in the front for protection and across the top for that solid fit that. You want the top box on this shoe is actually significantly wider than the other Adidas shoes that I've worn and i actually like that but some people like the narrow width of normal Adidas shoes. So if that applies to you might want. To keep that in mind when you're thinking about buying this shoe the cushioning in the shoe is eve ea and i have no real complaints here i feel like it is the most cushioned Adidas shoe that I've run in that uses eve ea for its cushioning the eve ea seems to be quite a bit lighter than the boost material so that makes the shoe a lightweight less clunky running shoe but. It still has a lot of cushions the traction on the shoe is made with the usual continental rubber that Adidas uses I've always found it to be durable and long-lasting and I've found no difference in this shoe i do wish the lugs were a little bit longer on this shoe they're not as aggressive as i like the lugs to be on my running shoes but that probably won't bother most people. Some trails i run have rock slides you have to cross, and they have jagged rocks and on those sections i found. Myself wanting a bit more protection on the forefoot but besides that on any normal section 90 percent of the time i have liked the protection and the cushion that these shoes provide coming in at 11 and a half. Ounces for a size 9 the shoe is mid. Weight leaning to the heavy side and the heel to toe drop comes in at 6 millimeters which is also pretty average in terms of looks i think I'm somewhat biased here because i like anything that looks different and these shoes are no exception i was lucky enough to get a limited edition no dye all white version and you don't see all. White trail shoes very often together with the lacing system i get quite a few people staring at my shoes on the trail i have heard some people complain online. That they look like golf shoes but that doesn't really bother me overall i think the shoe is a good choice for an everyday moderately aggressive running shoe i feel like this could also be a great shoe for someone who runs on the road to get to the trail or does a combination of both or someone wanting a lightweight shoe with a decent amount of cushion deciding on a trail shoe is ultimately a very personal decision but i hope this review helps you decide whether this shoe is a good fit for you if you have any additional questions or need clarification on something i talked about let me know in the comments I'll get to those as soon as i can and don't forget i will be updating you in the comments if anything happens to this shoe that i feel like you guys should know about don't forget to. Today we're going to be talking about the tareq's of gravid speed i put around. 250 miles on these shoes and from that. Amount of experience i can tell you this is a unique shoe these shoes have some big pros and some cons and hopefully by. The end of this review you'll know if this shoe is right for you first off you need to know that these are extremely light running shoes coming in at eight point eight ounces for a size nine you're going to have a hard time finding trail shoes that are lighter than these keeping in mind that there a light shoe let's talk about the cons first protection with such a lightweight shoe they had to take away material from every part of the shoe in doing, so they left a very low to the ground feel which is nice but there's no rock plate or a. Thick rubber for protection and honestly some people like to feel connection to the trail but i run on rocky technical terrain and personally i prefer a little. But more protection than they shoe offer second tread in my opinion these. Lugs just aren't aggressive enough they do use continental rubber which is a good material but i want more aggressive tread for the terrain where i run which. Is usually loose rocky terrain third i. Like a low heel to toe drop and this. Comes in at eight millimeters which is a little high for my taste i personally. Like to be around six millimeters and under alright and that's not a huge list. Of cons but let's move on to the pros first let's talk about the lacing on the shoe this is something that is often overlooked but in my opinion can make or break a shoe i was expecting the lacing to be a con because minimalist shoes usually don't get the lacing system right but when you tighten the laces on. These shoes right here it won't slip so you don't lose the tension while you finish tying the rest of the shoe on top of that they've incorporated a thin layer of eb a like cushion type stuff in. The tongue between the laces and the top of your foot allowing for maximum comfort and i absolutely love this minimalist lacing systems have cut off. The circulation to the front of my foot in other shoes but these shoes do not have that problem because of that cushioning material right there second the upper construction i love the. Sock like fit the rip stop mesh is. Surprisingly and this shoe is extremely breathable third the weight you honestly feel like. You can fly in these they are light nimble and fast i love running fast in. These shoes at around 250 miles that are. Still, things about the shoes that are to be determined for example i can feel where my forefoot has started to compress the eba and with the small amount of cushion that i started with I'm worried did a cushion won't last much longer and the tread on the bottom of the shoe is already showing some wear and tear as for the upper i am very. Materials underfoot give you everything you need to conquer your trail the upper. Of the agra vic is fairly trimmed down. You'll find mesh materials with abrasion. Resistant welded portions that stuff. Will add stability and a little bit of protection for the top of your foot the. Lacing is fairly standard so you can get them as tight or as loose as you need to the mid sole you'll find some special. Densities of foam, and they'll give you enough protection to keep your foot from. Serious fatigue the boost mid sole is. Soft and adaptable it helps to absorb shock but give you that bounce to keep. You move efficiently you'll get a protection plate and a torsion bar under the foot as well to keep you protected despite the minimal stack height and drop on the outside you'll get a really. Beefy sole this tread was inspired by. Some burly mountain bike tires brought out by continental these three and a half millimeter lugs give you multi-directional traction and really great grip they'll dig in when you need to accelerate and help slow down when. You're braking the continental blend performs well across the board in wet or dry conditions you also get a pretty. Good amount of surface area with this tread as well so using them as an approach shoe isn't totally unreasonable. Over all these things are pretty sweet you can run hike scramble and maybe even. This is the Adidas outdoor men's tareq's a graphic speed trail running shoe it's. The lightest trail running shoe that Adidas outdoor offers it's flexible and grippy but still gives lots of cushions. Under the foot it fits like a sock and. Breathe really well you'll hardly notice that you're wearing them aside from the fact that you get actual cushion under your foot and you won't necessarily feel. Those rocks and roots on the trail the thing i like most about these shoes is that they don't have a tongue they don't. Really have any padding on the upper it's essentially a fully perforated evie a sleeve that you slide your foot into this gives you that sock like feel it's. Gonna fit snug while adapting to your foots movement and structure the upper. Is all mesh which covers that perforated. Eba and there are synthetic overlay portions which give the shoe some extra. Durability those overlays are welded which saves weight, so they won't slow. You down the mid sole is fairly simple one. The shoe in order to cut weight it's a. Lightweight evie a foam mid sole which gives you that long-term cushion and rebound and there's a slightly higher density foam in the heel to give you. That extra protection on those heel strikes inside the shoe unseen you'll. Get a torsion bar which helps with the rigidity of the shoe itself the stack. Height where actual amount of cushion is 22 millimeters and it drops to 14 in the. Forefoot so you'll get fairly minimal cushion with the shoe but it's still enough to stay comfortable on the trail the outsole is a mountain bike inspired. Tread based off of continentals speed king tires the lug pattern is fairly low. Profile at three millimeters but gives you really nice directional traction. That continental compound is known for. How well it performs in all conditions wet or dry overall this shoe is cool. It's super lightweight and nimble while providing enough protection for some fairly serious runs you get adaptability. Originally known for their tires the outsole here takes a note from continentals grippy knobby mountain bike. Thin and flexible so it will be quick to break in that's a big feature for me because i prefer the upper to be soft against the top of my foot the first. A list of pros and cons things that I'd like things that i don't like about the shoe and hopefully it will give you an idea of whether you should buy it. So first off we're going to start with the drop i like a low drop shoe I've. Been running it ultras all of my road. Shoes have been low drop the highest. I'll go is six or seven and this is pushing at it's at six millimeters but i. Consider that fine especially since that is the lowest drop that Adidas offers at this point i believe the tread on the shoe you can see right here it's its. Pretty beefy and that's something that i. Really like in a trail shoe you want something that's going to grip and this does a really good job this is continental bike tire rubber I'm not. Really sure what it is but it does a. Good job all around like the i really. Like this oldest shoe it's good it's been grippy on wet surfaces on wet rocks it does well where it's super dusty and. A lot of loose dirt a lot of loose. Gravel it really grips all that with. Other brands of shoes I've had these lugs break off and i have yet to even see anything like that with this they. Have worn down a little bit but i have been running a little bit on the road with the wear and tear brings me to quality and i want to shoot this gonna last running shoes can be quite pricey. Which i will get into this shoes price. In a little bit i think this is a pretty high quality shoe I've probably put 200. Miles on these shoes and i have seen very little wear and tear so wait it's. Kind of inner battle whether to put it as a pro or a con it comes in at 11. Ounces which is slightly heavier than the ultras i was running in but that's probably because of this heavy-duty. Rubber that they have on the bottoms the cons with this thick rubber sole is the. Weight the pros with it is you're going. To get more protection this doesn't have a rock plate on it which leaves it very flexible and that's something that i really like in a shoe but without a rock plate you need protection and that's i think why they put such a thick rubber sole on it so you get protection and honestly it has great protection i run. Our very rocky trails up here in northern utah and i in previous years. I've really felt sharp rocks coming through and hurting the ball of my foot when I'm running and i haven't had any problems with this shoe even with the. Weight they still feel pretty fast and i think that's partly because of this boost material which brings me to the. Cushioning it's about a mid-range cushion it's not a minimalist i would. Say it leans on the more minimalist side but it's definitely in the mid range for cushion with this boost material i have run in Adidas boosts i ran the boston. Marathon and Adidas boost i can't remember which version it was but i. Could tell on those road shoes the boost. Material did have a lot of energy returned i don't feel it as much on this. I'm ok with that because the boost material seemed to be less stable and with this shoe they've put in this. Rubber around right here they've really. Done a good job of utilizing the boost material while at the same time giving you the stability that you need on the trail now we're going to move on to the upper you get quite a bit of protection there's a quite a bit of toe protection here this mess right here offers. Plenty of airflow i have I've had shoes in the past where. I didn't like them because my feet got super hot this shoe does not have that problem and that's awesome Adidas has made a tongue out of eba material it's not that usual cloth and. At first when i saw it i was a little worried i didn't think I'd like it but it does offer enough padding between. Your foot and the laces my two biggest complaints with this shoe are. Number one the lacing system and number. Two the fit and to show you here the. Lacing system is pretty they have the. Right idea it's just they need to change. Just a little bit so down here you can. See how the lacing system goes wide to kind of bring in that toe box i don't. Think you need that because of the fit is skinny i have an average. Width foot and it just feels tight the. The Biggest part of the lady lacing system that i thought was going to be a deal-breaker was right here on this shoe. Right here underneath and my foot is in the shoe on my outside two toes i get. Some rub in it i thought when i put this shoe on and i was walking around at the beginning i thought it was going to be a deal-breaker and i was going to hate this shoe but for some reason when i. Start running it's gone i don't i don't. Feel it doesn't bother me i don't understand why but as much as i thought. It was going to be a big deal it hasn't been another con and i told you to get. Into this is the price of this shoe is 135 dollars but you can't find. It cheaper camp saver comm has them for. 107 or something like that all in all. This shoe i think is a great trail shoe. A great option hopefully in the future versions of the shoe they will be. Able to fix the problems that it has, and they will have a better shoe i do not think that you will be disappointed in the shoe as long as you do not have an overly wide foot i already see the shoe because i am an Adidas outdoor ambassador i have not been paid to say. The outsole keep you connected to the trail the boost foam in the mid sole. Offers a lot of protection, and they blend a lot of different materials on. The upper to be very durable but as well. Offer breath ability let's take a closer. Look I'm going to start with a part of the shoe that comes into contact with the ground you've got continental rubbers here and. They have multi directional lugs the. Lugs are pretty deep as well so if you're in muddy areas if you're running. Over wet surfaces it doesn't matter what. The terrain is like these are going to be really sticky, and they're going to really stick to the trail to give you a lots of traction moving up into the. Midsole you have a couple of different materials here the standout feature is really the Adidas boost fun this boost. Foam gives you great energy return so the more you put into it the more it's going to bounce back it really reduces fatigue as you're running so this boost. Foam is meant to keep your legs fresher longer you're on the trail all day long. Giving you that great energy return so. That you can run that whole time so it's. That white part all through that mid sole. The platform here is a six millimeter. Drop so you have twenty-three and a half millimeters seventeen and a half millimeters from the heel to the forefoot so it's a pretty flat shoe they. Give you a natural foot strike while giving you just a little bit of drop there i really like the combination of. Materials in the upper part of the shoe they give a lot of durability so for. That runner who wants a shoe it's going to last a long time the runner who's not. Looking for an ultra lightweight trail running shoe but once something that's going to be durable this is going to hold up to a lot of use and abuse you've got overlays here at the welded. Construction so you can see this nice. Toe cap right here in the front gives you plenty of protection from rocks they have overlays that kind of go. Through the rest of the shoe and then. Back here in the heel area when you snug these shoes down it really snugs your heel into the back this tends to be an. Area of the shoe right here in the front and here on the back, and they feel that wears out quickly especially on my running shoes and so that's something i look for is a lot of durability in those key areas where you don't need as much. Durability they have lots of meshes so. Your foot is going to breathe something i really noticed about the tongue of these shoes you do have an e v a foam. Tongue so that really adapts to your foot and it is well padded but it's nice. And lightweight and have all kinds of breath ability there on that tongue when. You cinch down the laces the eyelets here kind of line up with a little bit. Of overlays there so it really cradles your foot it's a little bit of a stretchy material so it definitely cradles your foot to give a really nice and snug fit now you do have a sock. Liner in here that's removable it's. Really lightweight so if you want to remove it and use your own insole you can certainly do that but this will go a. Long way just for wicking and to give you a little bit of extra cushioning in the shoe weighing in under 10 ounces per. Shoe you have a great balance of durability traction protection and. Basically lets you dump warm air while you're inside the shoe another thing to. Point out here on the lacing its kind. Of a wide set here across the forefoot. As you're pulling that lacing type that really draws in and again just ensures. That you've really got a movement mirroring fit in this shoe borrowing. From Adidas is extensive road running. Heritage the shoe utilizes a boost foam. Midsole it delivers cushioning it also delivers. A performance enhancing energy return. It's a long-lived foam unlike some of. The softer cushioning that breaks down in other shoes so even after you've put. A lot of miles on this shoe you're still. Getting that fatigue fighting. Cygnus the shoe itself has a moderate. Six point five millimeter drops that. Helps you maintain a natural stride and. Gives us you really good responsible. Despite its lightweight nimble design. This shoe does not shy away from nasty. Conditions and doesn't need to thank to. The continental rubber outsole that's. The very same continental rubber that. You'll associate with tires performance tires and as is the case with tires. Trail runners are looking for a base and. Looking for traction that performs. Regardless of conditions whether it's dry whether it's wet, and they're getting that in this out, so we've got that. Sticky rubber face you've got strategically placed lugs you really get. That confident traction regardless of what type of terrain that you are on and. Really good durability as well so just. Of the shoe it is a four millimeter drop neutral shoe so for those of you who. Like to have stability in your shoes this is not the shoe for you i do not. Believe vest ability is required if you. Can make the necessary changes to your form but that is for a different video. Like i said for millimeter drop neutral. Through that formula meter drop however. Is self reported by the saucony website. By a runner's world a third-party website they claim this to be a six. Millimeter heel drop it gets a little chunky and it kind of looks like it in there but it does not feel like a six. Millimeter drop it hardly feels like four if we're being honest here I've loved saucony for a long time i had the. Nine i also had the eight and also the. Give twice i love these shoes really. Cool note those of you running fans out. There this one has been signed by matt. To play skee he signed it two times there's one right there too i think he was kind of weirded out by me. Bringing my really beat-up old smelly. Running shoe for him to sign but i as. All i had oh this will forever be my favorite you. Forever so as far as the weight goes the. Sock unique in vara nine comes in at anf. Ounces and that's at my shoe size eleven. And a half so obviously if you're bigger smaller that weight varies but eight and a half ounces is pretty like to compare. It to the conveyor eight c8r eight point. Eight ounces the conveyor eights are eight point eight ounces got that they. Actually shaved 0.3 of an ounce props to. You celica neat i love life shoes and the lighter the better as long as you're. Not sacrificing things which they did. Not to put that in perspective this song. Can you can buy eight compares to this. Brooks adrenaline. Brooks adrenaline gts 18 i don't usually. Wear anything fused it's more of a stability to it's a hefty hue this to. Shoot that i used for walking because it's so comfortable this shoe comes in at twelve point eight ounces for ounces. A little bit on the bottom of the queue they took out this rubber from the eights and it is no longer in the ninth and instead they added it rights up here. On the nine which is not there on the. Eight and as you can see on my conveyor. H i land right there and i feel like a lot of runners land right in that spot. So having that little piece of rubbery. Doesn't look like much but it does make a difference attraction wise as far as the overall. Traction this is a shoe specialized for. Road running i would now recommend it in wet conditions like wet grass it's not. Good trail running don't even think. About it you are out of your mind this is a road to its light it is soft. And it is great at running down the road don't take it on the trail please you. Might die it has a lot of exposed tva. Foam it doesn't really wear down like. You think it would though like when i see this shoe i get very paranoid that if i like hit a rock or something a. Little scrape out a chunk of that foam but this foam was actually pretty durable and i liked it. That is a awkward segue into the next. Topic durability like i said i am 100. Miles into this shoe right now it's. Holding up fairly well the purpose of this shoe is to be a light training shoe I'm comfortable running in this shoe in races as fast as five k's and i take it. With me on my speed workouts on track it's very light and responsive more. (Responsive) than the conveyor hates which we're a little more plush and. Comfortable this is a little more responsive and a little stiffer it seems. To be a little more built for speed durability wise I've got to a hundred miles it is not showing a lot of. Wear but as i said before it is a. Light cue there is not a lot to issue so. I'm expecting it to last around 300. Miles as a daily trainer i don't know. That it can handle beating of the is mid-to-long runs on a. Daily basis for those types of runs i. Usually like to pick a little bit heftier of a shoe it can make it a. Marathon i've run my 20 mile training runs in. This shoe and it's done just fine so it. Can make it but because it can make it. Doesn't mean that it should be traveling those distance all the time of course this depends on your foot strike how. Heavy you are and your feet i try to stay light on my feet and it can make it. That distance for me but on a daily basis that she will wear out fast on you. If you're putting in 50-mile weeks. Hundred-mile weeks this is a good. Complementary shoe for those faster runs but it can now be a go-to shoe for that volume of mileage it has mostly epa foam. It does have if you can still read that. Ever run which is right underneath this. Sock liner it has a thin layer of every. Run which is sake knees premium. Cushioning in fact they do have the. Freedom iso that they made that is made. A completely all the way through of everyone and i don't know how much you can tell by this but it is like there's. More like a bouncy ball feeling and. Though i love these shoes the fact that. Base is made completely of every run. Seems kind of like overkill is not as. Comfortable not as plush i do think having just that like layer right at the. Sock liner right under the sock liner is. Perfect for this shoe moving on to the. Upper part that fit i love the. Fit of this shoe the saucony can borrow five were my favorite shoe the fit of that she was better than any fit of any. Shoe that I've ever worn i didn't wear the sixth or the seventh but the eight seemed to be getting a little loose and. It felt almost sloppy to me the nine. Cleans it up this top portion. It seems a little bit more stretchy, and they did narrow this mid foot to heal. Area so you're not getting any heel. Slipping here we've also added a lot. More reinforcements here in the heel you can feel the physical heel cup but in. The eights it kind of squishes in there's not not much there i didn't get heel slipping in. This one but it just feels a lot more snug here a lot more solid in the. Nines which was one of their criticisms i like the more snug fit i don't like. The more loose free feeling it to me to. Feel sloppy that's personal preference it's just a little closer fit to the. Conveyor 5 so it's for my favorites one thing that i think is unnecessary is. This prologue that they have you can see. It right here the laces go through it. And these run all the way down to the. Base of the shoe on both sides the mid-foot is already very snug and i. Think that the prologue is kind of overkill i don't have a problem with it i did have a problem with that in the. Fives because it was a little rigid this one feels a little more flexible i just. Think it's kind of unnecessary again not. A deal-breaker but you don't need it. Talking you don't need it you have the perfect cue just take that thing off going over the four main categories that. I picked for the shoes starting from the bottom up the ride it's more responsive. Then the conveyor eight but still comfortable enough to make it through a. Marathon for me a perfect marathon race. You again if your lighter on your feet. You can pick a lighter shoe be a little heavy on your feet maybe this is not enough to make it through a marathon for me this is perfect marathon thank you it is however a bit stiffer. Then i would like it's still a very flexible shoe as you can see I'm just. Pushing with one finger very easy to flex but in this area right here where. You see this chunky foam it's kind of. Trade-off like it there's a lot of cushioning for when you're getting a little sloppy on your hitting your heel a little bit too much it can save you. There at the same time it can't do that. And be flexible that would be my drawback running the longer slower. Distances not this shoes forte but it. Can absolutely get you through that this. Forte is faster distances and when you're running faster you're landing right up here you don't feel that you. Don't feel that stiffness at all so the ride give it a 4 out of 5 going to the. Durability it is i mean for the weight. Of the shoe the durability is great this. One is made it 100 miles no major signs of wear I'm not busting. Through the shoe that the upper is very flexible and i don't see myself. Ripping through this like i have in other shoes durability i would give just because it. Is so light and it cannot be your overall daily training cue I'm gonna give it I'm gonna give it a 3 out of 5 but again for the weight the. Durability is great the fit is. Everything about the conveyor you put them on and sometimes you forget that you're wearing them it's like you're wearing a sock almost i have absolutely no complaints about the field i do have one actually this pro lock what is that. But besides that fit is just. Ride on it five out of five for the fit. Perfect the last one i if it looks the. Looks are part of the shoe and this it makes me cringe to say this because i try so hard to not think about the looks. Of the shoes and it has resulted in me. Getting some weird shoes at times i try. To take into account only categories that i said earlier the right the durability the fit and if they do well in those three categories i try not to worry about the looks but like i said i mean sometimes i end up with shoes like these which are really cool i love i. Love ugly shoes i don't know why but it makes it hard for these to become my walking shoes later on looks they are a. Think they are a thing for this agony on. The looks i mean i like this shoe and. Pretty basic i like the black and the speckles and some gold in it and I'm not. Really sure what else to say. Because i don't really get into this but. The looks are very really nice and. Good four out of five so i give these. Saucony kinvaras a grand total 16 out of 20 bottom line. Is what i recommend this to a friend if. That friend was a brother and had a. Preference for neutral shoes and like to. Go fast i would say buy these shoes. Their simplicity is their strength so. Absolutely i would recommend this to a. Well runners I'm back i know it's been a. While but I'm back ready to make more. Reviews and if you haven't noticed already the name of this channel has changed and that's because i currently do not work at flying feeds for shoes anymore so i have changed to the name. Because i used to do the reviews under flying things for shoes name now I'm. Doing it under for the runners because we've used before you guys but that. Doesn't mean that you shouldn't be buying your running shoes and flying beats for shoes anymore they still give great prices great service overall just a great store i. Serve it all my shoes in there so a great relationship with them so let's. Get into our review today we're reviewing the so cony kivar nines I've. Read in the aids in the past and before those are in the sevens overall it's definitely my favorite running shoe so let's get into what's different what's similar must do it. Kind of regret keeping me home now i take them off cold feet it's 35 degrees. Out but we're doing it so let's go and. It's getting through some tech specs of these new shoes i believe that are. Slightly lighter than the eight sitting at seven point five ounces it's probably. A point whatever else is different but. It is later which is a good thing that's a big plus thank you so cony also the drop is going. To be the same at full millimeters um the difference though is the cushioning slightly different as far as stack height goes so now forget what the eight. Was it's probably in my other view of. The eight but the nines now stood at 23. Millimeters in the heel and that 19 millimeters in the forefoot also this. Shoe is actually voted editors choice runner's world magazine so i mean if. That's already not convincing you to go get a pair and try it for yourself i don't know what do you know i mean taken outside though they are very good running shoes um i might be a little bias just cuz my go-to shipping here but. Still, it's a lot of being said that they got voted out of your store and still uses i believe the same eba. Midsole that ej+ which is very. Responsive soft and has high energy. Return this one definitely has before. Steny eight if that's kinda what you were looking for you could just leave the review if you're like a just need any more energy return got it alright good let's go um no but quite honestly this does have more energy return i definitely feel less of that squishy sensation like we've been in the eight more of that a firm responsive feel. Which in my opinion i like i know. There's a lot of people that probably like that for squishy marshmallow feel. Personally in my opinion i mean i don't mind that i just prefer that firm yet. Still cushioned responsive feel that's. What i you look for that's right go to, so they changed the upper um they're. Marketing it as being super lightweight. Super breathing room all that stuff like. They usually work with their lightweight neutral true which this is considered to be a night weight neutral running roadshow but quite honestly like looking. At the shoe it looks bulkier it's not by much but it looks a little bit bulkier than the eight. Put acid i like putting it on i get the whole marketing is lightweight the mesh. Is different it's a little bit thicker but it feels lighter it's weird you. Definitely feel more comfortable now and i think that was the whole point of making it kind of as 2 layer of mesh i think fit also a bit more snug so if you. Like the way the other the eighths feel like that little bit of width this one is this one it's not tight it's not like tighter it just feels a proportion so. That's something to keep in mind if you have i know live a wider foot this might be a little bit too tight for you I'm also the heel has changed a little bit so they knew how now this woven material. In the back which the biggest difference. From the other models is that it makes it a lot more stiff so to start when you get the shoes trying on wear out of the box definitely you know that's very stiff and it's like form-fitting to your foot it's definitely stiff in the heel which took me a little bit of getting used to it what's not a bad thing but it's also like not like super like lightweight. Like don't feel it on your foot kind of doing it's not uncomfortable you have to get a blister you're not gonna be worrying about it but it's different so that's just something to keep in mind my opinion i really like the change in the. Upper i like how it feels i like the difference i like that extra padding i like the snugness i can flex them better you still get the pro lock. Softly just get rid of the flow for a walk it doesn't do anything it's now that i brought the prologue up it is slightly more elasticated so i guess it. Doesn't get away as much i don't know it's slightly stretchier this one was. Just kind of plastic i mean if you really have that big of a problem with lock down i probably helps but. Other than that it doesn't do much also i like the change in the cushioning as. Far as the stack height goes i like to i like to be able to feel the road a little bit more to get that more responsive burn sensation with as well. Having this light cushion i definitely noticed it to be softer in the feel that it is in the forefoot I've heard people say the opposite but for me i get that burn responsive energy return to the forefoot and then on my going down hills and stuff and I'm really planting on my heel when you get entire stuff it simply squishy that's what i like in a running shoe so for me it's perfect but for other people they might be looking for the opposite it's up to you the other runner get with you with your feet agree with get what's good also i do like the. The keel and the stiffness of how it supports from ankle it definitely keeps you kind of more stable as far as your. Heel movement goes which i liked put. That also like rounds right into my dislikes i didn't like how stiff it was at first it is something that goes away but just being nitpicky about it definitely comes off it's like a little bit stiff my only other dislike with. This shoe is that they took away some of the rubber elements on the heat the. Outsold and typically this shoe doesn't have that much rubber on the outsole it's one of the key like durability. Flaws to the shoe if you're buying this shoe you know that you can always suck me the most terrible shoe, but they took away the rubber on the outer part of the. Shoe i haven't worn enough to know if. That really causes a huge difference in durability, but they also took a little bit away the heel it's more of just like this rubber indentation now rather than. It being rounded and really out the hill the heel but other. Well let's mis amigos here for another sheer review this year review is gonna. Be over the saucony can bara 9 kind of relatively new shoots came up. I think early 2018 so it's gonna give a. Quick review of this shoe taken out for a run mainly mostly on treadmill as well. As the road and about somewhere between. Almost 80 miles so i feel like it's a. Pretty decent amount to review for this shoe one of the first impressions i got. That it's actually very light and i wear a size 11 half and for this weight for. That is just over eight and a half ounces pretty light though is very. Flexible as you can see so one of the. First impressions i got on it though was that unlike some of the other soft means. That I've tried it had a very narrow toe. This one on the other hand it's actually not too bad it's not quite as narrow. Some other ones like the free form on try those had some problems with me. Because i prefer more of a wider type of shoe but this one is actually kind of. More in the medium range slightly a little bit wide so it's actually pretty good for the toe box and one of my first. Impressions was is how light this shoe is again the fact that this is a i think. The kivar is kind of more of your tempo. Runs you can use on treadmills or just. Kind of more of your everyday kind of run shoe for that is actually pretty. Impressed but it is like i said very. Light they use this thing called the ever run which is kind of light cushioning throughout the whole entire shoe, and they do use the eba for the. Midsole which provides an extra level of cushioning helps to keep it lightweight and the one thing i also do like is most. Shoes do my shoes don't they always have that extra little hole in there that way you can make it more stable when tying. Your shoe with the heel it's like a little pet peeve some shoes do some. Shoes dumps sometimes when they don't have it just kind of frustrating a little bit because i need that extra hole in there that way use it for the heel stability so luckily. Sometimes i happen to have to drill a hole in them but thankfully this one i don't but some of their positives i do like about this is that it how light it. Is and how light cushioning it is so you can take these down the road and did some three miles some five miles ten k's. And I've been to a 12-mile run in this. And for the most part i mean it holds up. As you can see the treads still on there. After about 80 miles I'm not quite sure how it is with some of this padding on. There about anywhere between 200 300 miles because it is light and kind of. Uses that eda and kind of uses that like kind of cushioning i don't really sure. About the durability on but as far as 480 miles goes it still holds up very. Nice on that part another thing i do. Like about it though is that how like. I'm gonna reiterate is the light feel of. It is that it definitely doesn't feel. Like you're you know carrying extra weight so if you want to feel like that kind of light shoe when you want to use. For everyday this one's actually pretty good it holds up it does have a 23. Millimeter height on the heel 19 millimeter height on the front so it's about a four millimeter offset which is actually not too bad especially for a mitten 4 foot runners which i kind. Of priam them a little bit with the forefoot it's not really much of a. Problem i do like that usually offset i. Like that zero drop shoe with the ultras. But with this one and there's been no problem with it at all the only main. Think i noticed is that like i said how. Flexible it is so that way you're not really kind of being more rigid on your run so if you like that kind of free flow feeling like you're walking on some. Type of cloud feel but you want it more of an everyday not too heavy they should actually is not too bad. However just because it's so cushion. There's not much of a responsive feel where you can get going pretty quickly i. Don't see this so much as a race day. Kind of shoe for like a 10k half-marathon or marathon kind of run i see this moyes your everyday kind of shoe usually without 5. To 10 5 miles or even up to 10k kind of. Runs or if you want to do like a 9 maybe 10 mile run these can actually be a pretty good shoe to have and these actually do offer pretty good amount of traction especially on the treadmills as. Well as the road so it can handle going. Up incline and declines don't have to. Feel like you're slipping or falling or anything like that so it really does do a really good job at that part i see this more as the recreational kind. Of runner the one who wants to kind of get into running if you want to do the. Like i said the treadmills as well its kind of starting out on the roads and sidewalks i think this might be a good one to have not much bad things to say about this but like i said i don't see it too much. As a race day kind of shoe i think this is just more of your like i said kind of. More average kind of runs but as far as. The price goes by 110 dollars you can go. Anywhere on any website you can look up on group on or retailmenot and then try to find some deals that are like 10 15 20 percent so it helps to kind of be on the lookout for that for just for the msrp price of 110 it i think it's. Actually not bad especially if you are. New to running and you just want like a good solid shoe i think for the price for that as well as for experienced. Runners so you just want something light and then just want something on it everyday kind of change i think this would actually be a solid buy i probably. Give it myself probably about a b-plus maybe to an a-minus a little bit just. Because of just the fact that you're not getting much response out of it sometimes i mean it's really lightweight so you're not gonna get any firmness some parts where you're just gonna if you want trying to get a good solid a timely up 10. Kind of run this is just more gonna be the moment relaxed kind of feel to it so. Other than that i mean these are not too bad for like said for the average of. Recreational or even experienced runners especially if you are softening kind of. Person you like that kind of brand I'm. Try a few brands like i said wasn't really to impress this one is actually made me very impressed with it so for. This i give a thumbs up so until next. Magazine today i have a review of Solomon's ex our mission trail running shoe the ex our mission is a follow up to the ex our cross max and it's designed to be a door to trail running shoe if your anything like me running. On the roads is often how you're going to get to the trail head the ex our. Mission is designed to be a short to middle distance training shoe that offers great performance on both roads and trails it's also light and flexible and should appeal to a wide range of runners who enjoy the trails in that sense the xr mission could serve as a great first trail shoe for those making the transition from the roads one of the. Features that really makes it stand out is the quick lace system this was my first time using it and it took a few tries to get used to but after some practice i really liked it i found that two quick tugs provide the best fit then. You just need to tuck the laces into the lace garage and you're all set getting. Then off is even quicker just a quick tug in the locking mechanism is all you need to test these shoes out i did just. As the designers intended i jumped out my front door and ran over to my local trail i took these shoes out on a few test runs, and they performed well on both the roads and the trails i really liked the good traction they provided over some very muddy terrain i as well. Found that they provided a lot of cushioning for a very smooth ride but I'll point out that they are a neutral trainer so you need to make sure that they work for you and your bio mechanics i really like the wide toe box especially on the steep descents where it gave lots of room for my toes to spread very comfortable one other really cool thing about this shoe is that the women's model was designed completely independently of the men's that means women are gonna get a shoe that's customized for their bio mechanics and after all that the xr mission is a really good-looking shoe available in some great color schemes when i first got mine i almost didn't want to take them out and get them dirty. Herons holding your foot in place to avoid any kind of shifting or moving while you're on the trails which helps prevent hotspots and blisters next we have quickly which is four times stronger than a traditional lace all the excess lace and the lace locker that nicely in the lace garage at the top of the top looking inside the shoe we have our or tho light memory foam sock liner which provides that great step in comfort every time you slip on the shoe and that is the exhibition three from salomon you What was the last love. Who might have some bunions or normally can't get into a salomon shoe because they tend to be a really performance fit this is going to be a great shoe for you it has a little bit of a less aggressive sole so if you're running from home to. Trails going to be a great door to trail shoe for you it also has a little bit of a wider back it's going to be a little. But more stable on that uneven terrain great for a trail shoe

Hello matt guf from the house gum i just. Got gone doing a little trail run not too far just a 3k with my brand-new xr. Mission salomon trail running shoes now these. Shoes are pretty sweet they have tons of quick they have a quick release or a quick lace system and a quick lace pockets you can tuck your laces inside of your tongue and a gusseted tongue as. Well so you don't get debris on the inside now there's a lot of great features that separate this shoe from many other shoes now the uppers like i said have the quick lace system quick lace pocket and the gusseted tongue but it also has two. Other main things they've called sin seer sin see flex and sin see fit since. He fit are these little panels that keep. Structure in the upper section of the shoe and then there is also sin see flex. You see these octagon shapes right here. Well that material actually stretches when your foot surrounds or when you. Shift inside of your shoe now the shoes are super comfortable to have a little bit wider of a toe box, and they actually don't ramp up as much as a traditional running shoe or even a trail. Running shoe but by no means are or the. Heel in the toe the exact same height off of the ground they're actually quite low so you can feel the contours. Of the ground that you're riding on or ski me running on now the sole in the. Midsole are is made out of a lightweight. A muscle it's call it's compressed evie a material and the actual outsole has. Three different densities or to give me. Two different densities of material there's kanta h a material that's a. Little bit harder of a density that's under the ball in the heel of your foot where you're gonna get most of your wear and then there's a kanta lt or light. Hello guys what's up so the purpose of. Today's video is to do a trail running shoes review of the italian brand la. Sportive of their model called akasha so. I'm going to talk about the things that i loved about the shoe and some things. That could have been done better so let's dig into it one of the biggest. Benefits of this shoe is its durability i have run several hours and altogether. 950 kilometers and they still look. Almost like new the other thing is it's. Rippin s it has a really grippy sole and i never experienced like a slip. Or anything on the trails performance wise these shoes are very good i use them front four runs from 10. Kilometers and onward even for ultra. Distances they're actually made for. Ultra distances because of their high cushioning and it was my goat tissue for. All the races from 20 kilometers on it. The other thing that i liked about this shoe is its protection it has a rubber toe cap to protect all the doyle toes. And when you step on a rock with these shoes the rock starts to squeal and not. Not your foot because this rubber is very durable and protected comfort. Comfort one of the first thing that i notice about the shoe is they are very comfortable and you don't need to like. Long running hours get your foot to fit. In to the shoe and you just need like. Maybe one run and after that they feel. Like slippers already I've mentioned cushioning before but needless to say this shoe is very well cushioned. It's extra made for ultra distances i. Could just run and run and run when issues with non-pom have used. Issues in various conditions from zero degrees snow to 35 degrees Celsius and. The thing that i notice that the upper. Is very breathable your foot stays cool. And dry and any types of conditions okay. I know that looks are very subjective but i think these shoes look very cool. Especially playing this color now let's. Talk about the price of the shoe the retail price this 150 euros which might. Think that it's quite a lot but actually. You think about it in this way that i. And i think they can do 500. More so the price for mileage or the. Price for every kilometer there are better running beaches is very good. Considering the other foods that are. For the package that you're getting so these are currently my go to shoes for. Running races and the only thing about them is in the beginning they felt a. Little bit heavier and i needed to get. bonjour à tous aujourd'hui je vais vous présenter la chaussures de trail running akasha un modèle de chez la sportive à qui est une marque référence italienne dans le milieu de la montagne elle fabriquait à l'origine plutôt des chaussons d'escaladé des chaussures d'alpinisme et je dois dire qu'elle nous avait plutôt habitués à la rigidité qu'au confort la philosophie est un petit peu différente avec la cache à elle mise beaucoup plus sur le confort. Ce qui en fait une chaussure typé pour les longues distances et les ultra-trails et elles se placent pile au. Milieu entre la bushido et l' ultra raptor alors cette aptitude aux longues distances elle se voit à travers son amortie qui est assez important il ya. Une grosse quantité de matière notamment au niveau du salon de lever à son poids. 330 grammes à peu près en taille 42 et. Demi donc celle que j'ai testé ce poids il est un petit peu plus important sur d'autres modèles mais c'est aussi dû à la quantité de matières protectrices sont par terre qui lui a été héritée de. La bushido notamment et qui est toujours aussi efficace et enfin sa largeur qui. Est assez importante pour un modèle de la marque mais qui permet de gagner en stabilité on a donc une chaussure souple et confortable avec une tige flexible et. Pas mal de protection ce qui nous permet de courir de nombreuses heures sans aucune gêne ce qui est vraiment un bon point pour une chaussure d'ultra alors après cette petite présentation des caractéristiques quelques points clés qui sont intéressants à noter le choix des matières tout d'abord il ya vraiment tous qui est pensé pour le confort c'est souple et c'est agréable la croche très efficace de la semaine ap les frictions xt qui est développé par la marque et qui est également utilisé sur la bushido le système trail rockeur. Qui permet d'avoir une foule et un peu plus naturelle du talon vers l'avant du pied et cela malgré le drop de seulement. 6 mm la longueur des lacets ça fait. Des années que j'ai différentes chaussures et que les lacets sont jamais à la bonne taille ici sur ce modèle ils sont pile poil juste ce qu'il faut et puis le petit détail final le crochet cousue derrière le talon pour pouvoir. Suspendre les chaussures pour pouvoir les faire sécher la chaussure est assez complète mais il ya quand même quelques petits points qu'on pourrait améliorer le look déjà un petit peu pataugé un petit peu l'impression d'enfiler une chaussure de tennis quand je mets la chaussure mais c'est aussi le prix à payer pour avoir un confort maximum un point à surveiller c'est la durabilité de la tige le mesh. Me semble un tout petit peu fragile mais ceci dit après plusieurs sorties de test il ya rien de flagrant à noter la. Durabilité de la semaine elle devrait être parfaite puisque on a vraiment des composants durable et du caoutchouc qui est assez dur et puis pour les coureurs un petit peu plus dynamique et qui court sur l'avant du pied on peut a priori se tourner vers d'autres modèles qui leur seront plus adapté que celui ci qui est plutôt destiné aux distances ultra et. Marathon au niveau de la taille elle est assez standard j'ai pris ma pointure habituelle et puis si je. Pouvais donner un ressenti global sur cette chaussure les assez bon il va me. Falloir un petit peu de temps pour les adopter et complètement en tout cas les sensations sont bonnes on a une bonne accroche une bonne stabilité elles sont très confortables et c'est clair qu'elles sont destinées à courir longtemps alors pourquoi pas les essayer sur un prochaine ultra

Today we're doing something a little bit different I'm hitting the trails in. Arizona testing out the new tara tiger. Five hale run up that hill. I'm in town for work on a conference in. Scottsdale and I've been on this. Conference before it's here every year. Last year i came out this way and i. Ended up finding this place and running. Up this peak I'm gonna call it a mountain I'm not sure if it qualifies as a mountain or not I'm currently at about 1,000 feet of elevation i think I'll. Make it up to 2,000 feet of elevation by. The time I'm done here but i ran it last year in that big react. Which goes to show you how much trail. Running i do but this year with a tear. Keg of life with a react mid sole in. Addition having super gnarly nubs and a. Rock plate i knew i get to have the shoe and try it out when it came back out. Again 8.02 miles 1662 feet of vert in that. Nike terra Khyber five today we're. Definitely not in chicago anymore as you could tell from the video footage that you saw today and from my surroundings in here I'm currently in Scottsdale arizona on a work trip but while I'm out. Here I'm taking full advantage of the. Wonderful running that there is in this part of the country before i get to my. Thoughts on the nike terracotta 5 i want. To go over some disclosures the terek i grabbed is a pair of shoes that was given to me by roadrunner sports when i was out there in san diego a couple of weeks ago but neither roadrunner sports. Nor nike is paying me to make this video they certainly didn't find me out here for making this video no one is going to get a chance to see any of my footage or hear any of my thoughts before you guys. Get to hear about it on youtube so what do we have here with the disclosures out of the way what we have here in the shoe is a fantastic shoe made out of react. Foam as the mid sole there's a separated. Rock plate in here and there are super. Gnarly lugs on the bottom that are made. Out of rubber the upper is a mesh. Material that's really stretchy covered with a little bit of a toe cap and you've got a little bit of a Pegasus 35. Ask flair in the back here as well overall i think they just nailed it with. The colors and the design of this shoe. It's just absolutely beautiful never have i wanted to run in a trail. Shoe until this and i especially wanted. To run in this one to take the same run. The same route using react film again. But this time in a trail shoe and as far as i know this is the first nike trail shoe that has a react foam in it and it's absolutely marvelous running in this shoe felt really fantastic and I'm. Seeing kind of design cues technology. And other just language from other shoes. That I've run in this shoe and it's just a really great way that they've put all these things together and so the. Design of the mid visually reminds me a lot of the Pegasus. 35 but the material the all react. Midsole certainly reminds me a lot of the epic react that i ran this same I'm. Going to call it a mountain i don't know if it's technically a mountain but i ran the same mountain in last year but. Because it's react it does also remind. Me a lot of the Romero of 14 and i think. Part of it is the lugs that are on the bottom now the Romero 14 for a road shoe has pretty nubby lugs and you definitely. Can feel it as you're running on pavement in the Romero 14 i had this on. Pavement for a little bit towards the end of my run today and it definitely felt the same there now in addition to. The blue a metaphor team in terms of the bottom feel on the outsole the tongue is pretty much the exact same tongue on the. Romero 14 so if you thought the Romero 14 tongue was too small or uncomfortable you might not like this one but for me i. Thought it was just fine i had a pair of. Nike elite no-show socks on and this. Came up above the front of my sock and i. Thought i might be getting some chafing there by the end of the run but it turned out being fine it reminds me a lot of like a soccer cleat in the way it fits and feels it's a little bit padded. So you can tie the laces down a little bit tighter so you get locked down on the foot now the way that the lacing. System kind of berries into the shoe at the forefoot and this x paradin also reminds me of the gaku so turbo that i. Ran and a shoe that i think is beautiful. But not the most ergonomic shoe that. I've ever run in so i was a little bit concerned about that in the terek eiger but in the way that they use it in this. Shoe it just feels fantastic i didn't. Have any of the issues that i had in the gecko so turbo that i had here so it definitely felt good there in terms of. Where the shoe hugs your ankle and heel. This felt snug enough for me as my ankle was kind of moving all around all over the place running up and down. The hills today so absolutely felt. Fantastic in this shoe i already beat it up a little bit I've got some scuffs and dings in here already to prove it but. Feeling really good about it I'm going to be here for another couple days so i should get at least two more runs while I'm out here in arizona and I'll be putting the terek agri 5 through some. More paces I've a feeling that it's gonna fare a lot better on these hills than i do like i mentioned earlier in the video got 1600 feet of vertical. Climbing in today my typical run as i. Run along the lakefront in chicago it's. About 20 feet and so this is quite a. Departure from what I'm used to i still. Having a really hard time figuring out how to kind of pace myself going up these really long steep inclines but I'm. Having a good time messing it up and figuring it out and taking breaks and just going at it and. Having a fantastic time out there on the trails the miles flew by and I'm just. Absolutely loving running in the terek eiger 5 and also just being out in this. Absolutely beautiful spectacular scenery. San fur road trail run here in sunny and. Snowy park city I'd like to give you a quick introduction after some runs to. The nike air zoom tiger five we're gonna. Have a full multi tester review at road trail run real soon basic stats it gains just a teeny bit of. Weight to nine point five ounces two hundred and sixty-nine grams a couple tenths of an at a couple tenths of an of. An ounce it'll release april first it'll. Be a hundred and thirty dollars and the five really represents a complete remake. Of the kiger it's still a four millimeter drop shoe but now we have. React foam in the mid sole and i really. Like react foam in a trail shoe i kind of prefer it to its implementation and. For example the epoch react because it's. Kind of dense stable foam and it's very and it's very light the other big. Changes to the under foot platform is while we still have a zoom air unit in. The heel the forefoot zoom air unit is. Removed and we have a a flexible. Segmented rock plate you'll also note. While we're looking at the outsole that the lugs are big multi-directional they. Cover the front and the back with a with. A durable high abrasion rubber and then in the middle here we have a sticky. Rubber which is supposed to work on wet rock and roots i haven't been able. To test that way I've run on snow both loose and hard mud wet mud frozen mud. And dry dirt but our other testers will surely get at that part of it the upper. Is notable in that it's i think quiet. Broad fits a bit in the same mould as. The romero 14 but you'll see it's its. Low not to worry that lowness is not a. Factor the overlay is very pliable and. Soft so the foot up front is held really. Really well as far as the lacing. Essentially the kiger is three layers at. Mid-foot very hard to see but we have an. Inner bootie for the tongue then for the. For the laces we have another kind of. Stretch layer and then finally the outer mesh so when my runs in this shoe i. Found it's excellent on hard snow not so. Good on powdery snow or softer snow it. Was superb on dry dirt even steep. Gripping loose stuff very well it. Was very good in mud and unlike some of. Its predecessors those new lugs really. Clear the mud very well i ran a little. Bit of ice it wasn't great there i think mainly because of the lack of forefoot. Mid foot coverage so at a nine and a. Half ounce this is a lot of shoe it's an agile shoe a fast shoe but with plenty of protection i don't miss the. The front airbag which made it just a. Touch more unstable than this version. And there's plenty of cushions all around particularly like the cushion in the heel the react foam really shines. Combined with the air there so please. Hi I'm kate and I'm ashley from fleet. Feet and we are here today to talk to you about the brand-new terracotta 5. From nike near them so you know cool. We're really excited to share this with you b he's been running in it for a little over a week now it's a really great shoe this shoe is light and fast. With a four millimeter drop nike traditionally has been known for having a narrower lasted shoe but this one. Is a little bit wider everyone loved how the mid-foot hugged their foot especially with the lacing system it seems super simple but it works you run something about the heel tip oh man yeah the heel tab is so cool. It seems like this really insignificant detail but it makes a huge difference in making it easy to pull the shoe on and off yes those little details that make the really comfortable cuz she really does a good job of preventing rubbing on the Achilles it's got a really nice soft fabric here and a padded heel collar but. It's not over the top got this minimalistic tongue that stays in place it doesn't give you any excessive rubbing you've got the extra lacing. Holes here it just lets you snug things up and it keeps that heal from moving the mesh I'm really meshed with this shoe the mesh on this shoe it's got a. Really nice tight-knit to it which. Really helps to prevent it and you debris from sneaking in it also breathes and dries really. Quickly okay let's talk about color we love the colorway of this new shoe and it's available in these colors for men and women the only potential problem is there's a lot of weight on this shoe i. Don't know about you but when i run nails my feet tend to get very dirty embrace the dirt donor traction so. This year's model of the tara tiger has even deeper lugs with more traction and. More aggressive rubber outsole nikes. Lugs are only position in the forefoot and heel of the shoes skipping the mid foot altogether but what's different about the mid foot not hardening lugs is. That there is some sticky rubber here we found that it works really well on what trails wet rock slippery logs it offers. Excellent traction let's talk about that rad we found the zoom air cushioning to. Be firm yet bouncy and the newly added rock plate added a layer of protection with a little bit of stiffness but the stiffness did not extend to the rub we were pleasantly surprised with how light and nimble the nike tara hydra v felt on the trail and. Whether we were ever running fast definitely probably sister i think that. All of that being said we did find a. Fish shoe transition well from trail to pavement which is a really important feature to consider especially when your most commonly run trail route includes a section of paper a lot of trail races might start on a road and then transition onto trail so this would be an excellent race you as well so overall we love the addition of the rock flake this year and the addition of this extra protective toe cap and it was really cool that they added both of these new sort of like burly features but the shoe still felt super fast and nimble and light definitely a win definitely a win we love this shoe in fact we're gonna go. Hello david here with northwest outdoor adventures and today i will be talking about the nike air zoom Tarim agar 4. It's kind of mouthful but let's jump. Right into it all right so like i mentioned I'll be reviewing the terra cotta 4 from nike air zoom and for those. That have watched this channel in the past you'll probably be surprised because this isn't an ultra shoe and that's almost exclusively what i have worn and used you know day-to-day for the past two years or so-and-so and i. Was a pearl izumi boy before that but that's a different story so today we're. Gonna be talking about like i mentioned this shoe which i actually got for free. Which is why I'm reviewing it i got it. For free from a race i did the mountain likes 100 it was part of the goodie bag and so i figured you know what the heck since i got it for free i might as well give it a shot i know i got good reviews online so i. Figured you know hey I'll try it so I'll. Just kind of quickly go over you know the pros and cons that i saw with the shoe and again this is coming from a guy who typically has more on ultras for the past couple years so big things to think. About the shoe overall is a pretty light. Trail shoe it has a 4 millimeter i. Believe heel to toe drop so like altra. It's not the zero drop that I'm accustomed to but it's fairly minimal in that sense so pros from the shoe from my. Perspective obviously like i mentioned it is lightweight it uh it's pretty. Sturdy i guess is a word i would use to. Describe it feels pretty stiff at first still feels a little stiff I've i. Should mention I've put about a hundred miles on these shoes and I've worn them. In two different races one being a half. Marathon and which was a little bit speedier of a half-marathon on a trail. And so yeah overall like i said they're. Pretty lightweight they feel a little sturdy i like what they've done with this i don't know if it's just for looks or what but it or placebo effect for me. But it feels like this lacing mechanism. That they have which may be a little bit hard to see but up there the little black part it's. Kind of interesting it like pulls the laces in a little bit better and again. I'm not sure if it actually is doing anything but it's something I've never seen in shoes before so i thought that was a little cool and then the whole. Shoe is fairly breathable it's kind of i. Don't know if it's actually knit but it feels that way it feels like kind of knit material for most of the upper and. I think the look is pretty decent it looks pretty nice durability i think so. Far like i mentioned a hundred miles in and there's really no sign of. Any you know durability issues that i see unlike some ultra shoes cough. But that being said i guess the only thing I've seen is really some you can see some creasing kind of down here on the mid sole which is just you know it. Looks like the it's just from compressing them over and over again but it still feels very good it feels much. Like when i first got the shoe so I'm. Like you know like the lone peak floor is that i would say feel a little squishy after you know 100 miles for sure these still feel like they're just out of the box brand-new almost which is. Great so that's pretty much all the. Pros the cons i would say you know not a. Lot of people liked this colorway i guess um that'd be the first one but i. Do kind of like it's grown on me but. For the real cons they don't fit my feet. That well and again this could just be an ultra thin ultra with an a with the. Wider toe box and stuff being accustomed to those shoes i got blisters which i almost never get blisters so i got four different blisters on a half-marathon with these shoes and i could feel the exact spots they were rubbing in so i know it had to do with the fit of these shoes which you know just isn't for me. I think overall is kind of what I've taken away from this, and then they actually don't drain that well, so they have this weird toe cap that's kind of this plastic material and it's. Definitely repellent or waterproof i. Would even say for the toe cap and what that it kind of does at least from what I've noticed is it just kind of holds the moisture in around my toes rather than repelling it so i do a lot of rough running out in mud and rain here in the pacific northwest and I've noticed that my toes just stay wet for some reason they just don't dry out all that well i mean i. Wear wool socks usually anyway so it's not like that huge of a deal but i noticed in the ultras especially the. Timpz they dry out way faster than these shoes do for some reason i mean even though the material seems to be lighter weight for some reason these just hold. In moisture more i don't know why but. That's what I've noticed and really. That's kind of the only bad thing i would have to say about the shoes is just for me the fit and the feel just aren't that great so i probably wouldn't buy these again myself the tread is kind of meh it's whatever I'd say they're about average for tread and shoes again i do a lot of running on. Rocks and ruts and these do fine they're. Not like they didn't jump out at me I'm like oh man i feel like I'm running with spikes on or something like that and i wasn't slipping all over the place so i just say these are about average in terms of tread and yeah I'd say they're. A little bit speeder of a shoe a little bit lightweight oh yeah i would say they. Are a little stiff for me probably a little too stiff some people like that i. Now but for me they're just a little bit too much on the stiff side so i could also almost feel a blister coming in the back of my heel and i think that was a little bit from the stiffness as well mostly when i was ascending hills. And things like that so yeah that's pretty much it for the shoe wrap-up as a whole i think it's a great shoe i might actually try out the nike wild horse I've heard good things about that as well or i may just stick. To my ultras and just keep being an ultra fanboy we'll see how that plays out so to wrap it up i just want to say you know people's feet are different. Grip rubber outsole this sole provides a. Great balance of grip and stability on variable terrain wet dry rocky or. Groomed trails the grip is just enough without being overly clunky and route to. The trail head if you like to warm up on. Pavement before hitting the dirt these can suffice for that as well the logs. I check it out it's time for another shoe review and today we are reviewing the hulk up all night on a bondi six. All right some out here it's cold I'm. Wearing my jacket in my hat but i wanted to do this review outside so that's what. We're doing this is the one i don't know. If I'm pronouncing it perfectly but cocka cocka okay i don't know. Hoka all name only i know that part is. Right though because it's not one it's only on a moon eight on a i. Don't know it's a difficult name to. Pronounce but the bomb died six anyway so the bondi six is the latest bondi. Model from hoka it came out this year. Just a few months ago just a month ago or something like that and so it's fairly new the bondi is historically the. Most cushion chui in the whole car range possibly even the most cushioned shoe in the world i don't know it is very. Cushioned this is the number six and. I've been wanting to try hocus for while. Now I've done i run mostly just an ultra. O exclusively in ultra shoes and I've. Done a lot of those reviews I'll put a link to one of them here and i love ultra shoes but I've always been intrigued by hoka i guess I'm also a. Think that affect a little bit by the marketing i think they do a great job marketing, and they do a great job. The signing the shoes i mean they look. Really cool so i wanted to try them i. Also like to the idea i like the idea of maximum cushioning — you know it just it. Makes sense to me for a lot of reasons that i will probably get into in another video maximal versus may not want all that but i bought it i try them. These are actually the wide model the. The bondi wide because i have so wide. Feet and that's why the ultras are most. Of the time good for me but even them are actually quite narrow sometimes in the middle there so i went for the wide. Model and it's its just wide enough for. Me it's not perfect this all it's almost perfect so. I enjoy them first time i headed out on. The on the run with them it was just like what that felt good. Okay that was nice just having that. Cushion it was just like heading out on the forest floor on the trail even. Though i was on the pavement and you know the less cushioning i have when i head out on a payment the more i feel like it's difficult to enjoy the road. You know i mean like it's just so hard. With these though i can head out and i can actually enjoy it all the way through so i would say that this is obviously a shoe that you would use. Probably no longer road runs like your. Long run or is a volume shoe whereas if. You're doing a speed workout you're. Doing a temp around even you probably want to consider doing it with a slightly lighter shoe right a little bit less cushion to have a little bit more contact maybe with the ground a little bit more control but most of all the weight because let's talk about the weight i don't know the exact specs but. I think i weighed this one this is a 46 this is size four six and two-thirds. European size which is a pretty big shoe. I have big feet and i think it weighs something like 350. Grams which is a lot okay that is a lot. So they're pretty damn heavy and you notice as well when you're running in, and they are heavy but it's not a problem i mean you do get used to it and. It's sort of it's just like it's fine it's fine but it's not it doesn't feel like a fast shoe but it because of the cushioning and the sort of springiness of the shoe you still feel like your sort of floating along fairly nicely so i would. Say they're heavy but it's not a problem. I was actually originally wanting to try the clifton's which are slightly less cushion, but they didn't have them in the wide size so i helped iowa for valen dies and it's pretty firm i can't. Really twist it much so not very. Flexible but f very comfortable still. The upper is also very comfortable i. Don't know it's its fairly sometimes i. Can't find the right words to describe what I'm trying to explain but let's. Just say it's comfortable the upper is comfortable and feels pretty sturdy i. Like the laces i like these kinds of laces two flat ones they just feel like they're easier to tie up, and they're a. Little bit elastic which is nice as well. What i do is that i loosen the laces. Down here to make my foot more. Comfortable there at the widest point and then i tighten it up here the outer. Sole looks a pretty sturdy yeah it's it. Doesn't look like it's gonna break down too quickly but then again about we only. Run about oh i don't know 50 kilometers. Or something in them so far so it's difficult to say the fit was quite nice. In terms of like how to fit it around my ankle and stuff it felt comfortable. I wasn't slipping out and in and out of the shoe or anything i its firm i have one big issue with it though i do have. One big issue my big toe keeps bumping. Into the upper around here and it feels. Really as though it's made for people. With hallux vagus is that what it's. Called i think where the big toe is sort. Of going inward like that you know. That's a problem with a lot of shoes they sort of force your toes together and that's what i love about ultra the ultra branded it they have wide toe box allows your close display so most shoes. They force your toe in like that and the same is true for this they will force your toe a little bit in and i don't think it's a healthy. By mechanical thing and also when your. Toe is forced in like that you're missing out on having that big toe. Stabilized and and when you're. Towing off you should really get some of your power going through the big toe but. If it's forced in like that your sort of missing out on that so i think that's a big problem that a hoca should. Definitely attend to creating a little bit of a larger toe box especially around the big toe the other toes were. Fine though i can't remember exactly how many millimeters of drop i think there're five millimeters of drop. And the cushioning is something like thirty millimeters i can't remember exactly but there's a link in the description to the shoe it's actually an affiliate link it will take you to amazon where you can buy these shoes if you want them and if you. Read there about the specs etc I'm not. Used to running with a drop I've run in all structures as I've mentioned a few times now, and they have zero drop meaning it's a completely flat shoe from heel to toe i prefer that but i wanted. To try how it feels with a little bit of heel to toe drop anyway so these have a. Five millimeter drop as i said i think and that i can feel it i can definitely. Feel it was kind of strange it makes. Me run slightly differently and i know i don't know if that's a good or bad thing yet i haven't filmed myself and studied. How my running style is altered but. That's something i will do so i think this particular color isn't almost awesome one i would prefer the blue on the typical hoka you know. Light blue type color but this was all they had in the white model so that's what i had to do anyway that's it super. Awesome shoe I'm enjoying the cushioning I'm experimenting with different types of shoes and this is a very interesting one i dig the brand check out the. Hello and welcome to another rocks on the life video I'm your host jiff safford today i get to review a trio of tech tees from outdoor research. Okay guys like i said today i get to review a trio of tech tees these are all. Three from outdoor research tech tees in. My opinion are probably one of the most. Important versatile and just. All-around pieces that you need for all seasons i wear these spring summer and. Fall and then they can also be great base layers in the winter so for those. Of you that don't know I'm sure everybody knows what tech t is but the tech t is a trim fitting athletic. T-shirt that is generally not made of cotton just because cotton is not a performance fabric and doesn't dry quickly it also just doesn't have that great form fit and performance that you're looking for. That you get with synthetic materials so. The first step in the trio is the. Outdoor research igniter this tech. T is probably the most comfortable of. The three I'm going to review in this video they call this a heathered. Material I'm not quite sure really what. Heathered means but to me it just means that it's soft so this is an all synthetic but this one feels the most. Like cotton so if you're looking for the. Most comfortable t-shirt i would go with. The igniter it also happens to be the most trim fit so all three of these are. Mediums and four for this medium. This is definitely the most trim fit it's the tightest and the arms and in the armpits so it just depends on what. You're looking for as far as fit but. This is the trim stuv the three and this is the most comfortable so if you're doing maybe an activity that isn't the. Most high output or you don't need the. The Highest performance as far as wicking properties breath ability quick drying if. You're just looking for something a little bit more like a t-shirt but still has performance properties of a tec. Teeth look at the outdoor research igniter. Okay this is the echo from outdoor. Research the echo is by far the lightest. This shirt is unbelievable just. Because it really feels like you're wearing nothing so when i want to. Do something that i almost don't want to wear a shirt but i just want to wear a shirt maybe for abrasion protection with. A pack or if it's super hot out and i. Don't want to get sunburned I'll throw on a shirt this is the one I'm gonna look for because this is just the absolute lightest of the three that I'm. Reviewing today again the echo that this. Has kind of dual colorway a nice light. Blue with this high visibility yellow so this would be a great option for a running shirt as well especially just so you can be seen on the road as. Far as fit i would say this is actually. Probably the loosest or the largest of. The cuts it's definitely looser in the sleeves. And it's a little bit baggy er in the. Waist so it just has that loose airy feeling to it really feels like you're wearing nothing this is a this is also a great piece like i said this is the one. I'm gonna go for it when i don't really want to wear a shirt but i either have to wear a shirt or i just want some sort of protection that a shirt offers I'm gonna look at the echo again super high. Performance and this pattern this. Fabric pattern its kind of square. Crosshatch pattern very high performance. Again these are all quick-drying very. Breathable so yeah this is another great. Option again the lightest okay guys this. Is the last shirt in the trip today this is the outdoor research gage now the gage in my opinion is the highest performing shirt of the three this. Fabric is like magic it's super breathable it dries amazingly. Quick i think the fit is probably in. My opinion it's probably the best it kind of combines between the igniter and the echo kind of in-between fit so not. So tight that it's tight in the arms and. Tighten the armpits but it's also not baggy in the waist. Either so i think this is the probably the best fit as far as performance is concerned and this fabric. Is also probably the highest performance as far as far as breath ability quick-drying just overall this is what you think of. When you think of a high performance tech tee now it's not the most comfortable and. It's not the most lightweight so you're gonna have to strike that balance between what do you want it to feel like on your skin kind of that on the skin feel also are you willing to sacrifice. Just a little bit of weight it just has a little bit of a heavier weight not as. Much as an airy feel as the echo but i. Think the strikes are good balance and this is the highest performing of. The three it also has the most detail as. Kind of the exposed stitching has kind. Of a pretty cool design may be more of a runners look in the back not so much like an outdoor sports like rock. Climbing or mountain bike look it has more of a runners look but this is. A great one super high performance if I'm going to be doing a high output activity or something like. Climbing in a gym that's general a little warmer than the outside I'll go for this one just because it. Dries so fast and it's probably the. The Highest performance in my opinion overall all three shirts are great now. My only gripe with all three is that. They run really large for me i like tech. Tees to be slim fit i don't want them to. Be big and bulky like a traditional just street wear or street cotton t-shirt i. Want them to be form fit because for me performance is number one when it comes to this style t-shirt so i had to size all of these down everything I've ever reviewed for outdoor research all the tops the jackets the shirts they've all been larges all three of these that i. Reviewed in this video are all mediums i originally got the largest, and they were way too big so if you want something a. Little higher performance and you like the trim fit that you kind of see on me in these videos be sure to size down one you normally would get in a typical t-shirt so that's my only gripe is the. Fit be sure to size down but other than that all three are great different applications we're looking for comfort lightweight or high performance i think that they pretty much have the whole the. Yoga running whatever they're not super. Tight in there, and they're not too hot i. Have some under armour pants that are nice, but they are a little hot for. Different sports these are a good. Absolute deal breaker i just couldn't do it was driving me crazy because i couldn't stop thinking about it no matter what i was running i mean i was doing it was driving me crazy like. All i really just you guys get out and try to shoot i think this is the second time that males made a really good shoe that a lot of people are going to do really well with it's a fantastic shoe. Shocked i read that i didn't feel like it weighed anymore or less than like the lone peak at twelve point six but my scale gave it a 14 point to it so it is heavier but i wouldn't pay attention to that i would definitely try it underfoot runs around it and see what you think i think it's a true that doesn't get enough trial and error and i think it's definitely with your time and check it out because again muriel's killing it lately their trail shoots are awesome and i can't wait to try the all-out would be I'm sorry the agility charge. Today we're going to be talking about the tareq's of gravid speed i put around. 250 miles on these shoes and from that. Amount of experience i can tell you this is a unique shoe these shoes have some big pros and some cons and hopefully by. The end of this review you'll know if this shoe is right for you first off you need to know that these are extremely light running shoes coming in at eight point eight ounces for a size nine you're going to have a hard time finding trail shoes that are lighter than these keeping in mind that there a light shoe let's talk about the cons first protection with such a lightweight shoe they had to take away material from every part of the shoe in doing, so they left a very low to the ground feel which is nice but there's no rock plate or a. Thick rubber for protection and honestly some people like to feel connection to the trail but i run on rocky technical terrain and personally i prefer a little. But more protection than they shoe offer second tread in my opinion these. Lugs just aren't aggressive enough they do use continental rubber which is a good material but i want more aggressive tread for the terrain where i run which. Is usually loose rocky terrain third i. Like a low heel to toe drop and this. Comes in at eight millimeters which is a little high for my taste i personally. Like to be around six millimeters and under alright and that's not a huge list. Of cons but let's move on to the pros first let's talk about the lacing on the shoe this is something that is often overlooked but in my opinion can make or break a shoe i was expecting the lacing to be a con because minimalist shoes usually don't get the lacing system right but when you tighten the laces on. These shoes right here it won't slip so you don't lose the tension while you finish tying the rest of the shoe on top of that they've incorporated a thin layer of eb a like cushion type stuff in. The tongue between the laces and the top of your foot allowing for maximum comfort and i absolutely love this minimalist lacing systems have cut off. The circulation to the front of my foot in other shoes but these shoes do not have that problem because of that cushioning material right there second the upper construction i love the. Sock like fit the rip stop mesh is. Surprisingly and this shoe is extremely breathable third the weight you honestly feel like. You can fly in these they are light nimble and fast i love running fast in. These shoes at around 250 miles that are. Still, things about the shoes that are to be determined for example i can feel where my forefoot has started to compress the eba and with the small amount of cushion that i started with I'm worried did a cushion won't last much longer and the tread on the bottom of the shoe is already showing some wear and tear as for the upper i am very. Really have any padding on the upper it's essentially a fully perforated evie a sleeve that you slide your foot into this gives you that sock like feel it's. Tarek's a graphics the men's Adidas. Terr ex a graphic we're going to go over. A list of pros and cons things that I'd like things that i don't like about the shoe and hopefully it will give you an idea of whether you should buy it. So first off we're going to start with the drop i like a low drop shoe I've. Been running it ultras all of my road. Shoes have been low drop the highest. I'll go is six or seven and this is pushing at it's at six millimeters but i. Consider that fine especially since that is the lowest drop that Adidas offers at this point i believe the tread on the shoe you can see right here it's its. Pretty beefy and that's something that i. Really like in a trail shoe you want something that's going to grip and this does a really good job this is continental bike tire rubber I'm not. Really sure what it is but it does a. Good job all around like the i really. Like this oldest shoe it's good it's been grippy on wet surfaces on wet rocks it does well where it's super dusty and. A lot of loose dirt a lot of loose. Gravel it really grips all that with. Other brands of shoes I've had these lugs break off and i have yet to even see anything like that with this they. Have worn down a little bit but i have been running a little bit on the road with the wear and tear brings me to quality and i want to shoot this gonna last running shoes can be quite pricey. Which i will get into this shoes price. In a little bit i think this is a pretty high quality shoe I've probably put 200. Miles on these shoes and i have seen very little wear and tear so wait it's. Kind of inner battle whether to put it as a pro or a con it comes in at 11. Ounces which is slightly heavier than the ultras i was running in but that's probably because of this heavy-duty. Rubber that they have on the bottoms the cons with this thick rubber sole is the. Weight the pros with it is you're going. To get more protection this doesn't have a rock plate on it which leaves it very flexible and that's something that i really like in a shoe but without a rock plate you need protection and that's i think why they put such a thick rubber sole on it so you get protection and honestly it has great protection i run. Our very rocky trails up here in northern utah and i in previous years. I've really felt sharp rocks coming through and hurting the ball of my foot when I'm running and i haven't had any problems with this shoe even with the. Weight they still feel pretty fast and i think that's partly because of this boost material which brings me to the. Cushioning it's about a mid-range cushion it's not a minimalist i would. Say it leans on the more minimalist side but it's definitely in the mid range for cushion with this boost material i have run in Adidas boosts i ran the boston. Marathon and Adidas boost i can't remember which version it was but i. Could tell on those road shoes the boost. Material did have a lot of energy returned i don't feel it as much on this. I'm ok with that because the boost material seemed to be less stable and with this shoe they've put in this. Rubber around right here they've really. Done a good job of utilizing the boost material while at the same time giving you the stability that you need on the trail now we're going to move on to the upper you get quite a bit of protection there's a quite a bit of toe protection here this mess right here offers. Plenty of airflow i have I've had shoes in the past where. I didn't like them because my feet got super hot this shoe does not have that problem and that's awesome Adidas has made a tongue out of eba material it's not that usual cloth and. At first when i saw it i was a little worried i didn't think I'd like it but it does offer enough padding between. Your foot and the laces my two biggest complaints with this shoe are. Number one the lacing system and number. Two the fit and to show you here the. Lacing system is pretty they have the. Right idea it's just they need to change. Just a little bit so down here you can. See how the lacing system goes wide to kind of bring in that toe box i don't. Think you need that because of the fit is skinny i have an average. Width foot and it just feels tight the. The Biggest part of the lady lacing system that i thought was going to be a deal-breaker was right here on this shoe. Right here underneath and my foot is in the shoe on my outside two toes i get. Some rub in it i thought when i put this shoe on and i was walking around at the beginning i thought it was going to be a deal-breaker and i was going to hate this shoe but for some reason when i. Start running it's gone i don't i don't. Feel it doesn't bother me i don't understand why but as much as i thought. It was going to be a big deal it hasn't been another con and i told you to get. Into this is the price of this shoe is 135 dollars but you can't find. It cheaper camp saver comm has them for. 107 or something like that all in all. This shoe i think is a great trail shoe. A great option hopefully in the future versions of the shoe they will be. Able to fix the problems that it has, and they will have a better shoe i do not think that you will be disappointed in the shoe as long as you do not have an overly wide foot i already see the shoe because i am an Adidas outdoor ambassador i have not been paid to say. Heritage the shoe utilizes a boost foam. Midsole it delivers cushioning it also delivers. A performance enhancing energy return. It's a long-lived foam unlike some of. The softer cushioning that breaks down in other shoes so even after you've put. A lot of miles on this shoe you're still. Getting that fatigue fighting. Cygnus the shoe itself has a moderate. Six point five millimeter drops that. Helps you maintain a natural stride and. Gives us you really good responsible. Despite its lightweight nimble design. This shoe does not shy away from nasty. Conditions and doesn't need to thank to. The continental rubber outsole that's. The very same continental rubber that. You'll associate with tires performance tires and as is the case with tires. Trail runners are looking for a base and. Looking for traction that performs. Regardless of conditions whether it's dry whether it's wet, and they're getting that in this out, so we've got that.
