Yeah okay so this is the Barnett vortex youth compound bow. It ranges from 19 to 45 pounds to adjust. You just get an allen wrench. You twist that counterclockwise to loosen the poundage to loosen. It to lower the poundage. And clockwise to raise. And comes with the fiber-optic sites. That are adjustable to a simple air arrest that's. Idon't think it's the best. You should get a whisker biscuit. It comes with a three arrow bike case. And it's not super good at broke I'm shooting at soda cans today as. You see over there the sites aren't the best I'm not using them. Because that's way too close for these. Ihaven't adjusted them yes I'd say. One is a good starter but I'm only like $117 at Dick's Sporting Goods. You have to price match. It with Walmart and there might be a link in the description below to get. This bow but if you're really good already. Idon't think you should get. This cuz some really it's not the best bow there are better bows but for a beginner. This thing could take down a deer so yeah. II say it's good so.

     Cancer and Reproductive Harm- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

It go guys my name is Jason with hunters friend. And today we are looking at the Patriot by Tru fire. This is actually an extremely well done release. It is inexpensive I know a lot of times. Something inexpensive. You kind of fear rightfully so. That hey this may be bad quality. It may not be up to par with things. That are a little bit. More expensive but honestly it's not really the case here. This is a very well done release it's got a lot of bells. And whistles you would see on a release. That would be much more expensive starting from the bottom velcro strap that's that's always awesome so it's extremely user-friendly. They also make a junior version of. This it's just called the patriot junior. It has a smaller strap so it'll. You know you have kids. Anybody younger in the family. Or friends you just want to help get up. And go on as a gift. Something it's a it's definitely a good idea. That would be the release. Irecommend most honestly. It has a Teflon coated head so. That's a plus and also a big nice feature is it's a 360 degree swivel so left-handed shooters can shoot. It right-handed shooters can shoot. Anybody can just up. And go with another park that's. One of my favorites is the trigger pull. It actually comes kind of straight out of the packaging with a bit of a hair trigger which is completely my preference. That a lot it helps.

Me at the last second. When I'm actually firing your keeps. Me for pulling and it's just. Something I prefer but there is a set screw there. You can just use an allen head. And tighten it up a little bit to change the tension on the pull back to kind of suit your preferences. One thing I want to mention. And really like a lot about. This release is the inner lining of. It there is releases. That are significantly. More expensive that just they're terrible to wear but. One it's extremely soft like. That it's amazing how much effort. They actually put into. One out does the inner lining of. One out does a lot of. More expensive releases hands down. All it's just extremely comfortable. And fun to use it's. Nothing super hard to learn. Anything like that's gonna do. You well like in time. You develop a preference. You kind of decide you may want to upgrade to a different release after you've been shooting for a. While that's cool but there would really never be a need to other.

You just simply want to in time but. Iknow a lot of people. This is the primary release. And it'll do you well so. If you're looking at. Iwould strongly consider giving it a try it's a patriot by true fire. And it's actually as far as worth the money it's al it's just as much bang for the buck as. You could ever hope for.

     Cancer and Reproductive Harm- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

hey everybody. This PJ Riley from Lancaster our tree here on the floor of the Expo Center in Louisville Kentucky were at the NASP national tournament. Iam here at the Easton booth with Nate Pitcher. He is the director of business development for Easton archery products Nate Easton has a big role here in. This tournament tells. That role is we have a. Few things we do with Nass but. One of the major things is. We manufacture the arrow for the NASA tournament. And for all NASA programs in general. And that's the Easton genesis arrow. Now the Easton genesis arrow is an aluminum arrow in 1820 size. It comes in four colors a green a blue. And an orange and a purple. And that's one of the things the kids really like. Ilike having the different colors. Because yeah a bunch of kids shooting in the same target. And so being able to tell the difference of whose arrows whose was a bit really important yeah so with. We also Fletch them in a variety of different colors. And combinations we use a three-inch AAA II plastic Fletch veins.

And then we also have a variety of nock options so. They can really vary the way. That the arrow looks so. They can customize some ways. Some too you know to match their school why is. This a good arrow for what's happening here. What well you know. One of the things that's really important to NASP is having the equipment. You know a level playing field. And so that's why so much of the equipment's standardized including the arrows. Now with an aluminum arrow. One of the good things is inevitably. You know someone's going to miss a target they're going to hit the wall. Something and there's a possibility to damage an arrow with aluminum it's really easy to see. That damage you can say. You know what this arrows are damaged. Ishould continue to shoot.

You know so but it's always important to take a look at your arrow make sure. That it isn't damaged before. You keep shooting it checks the nock. That kind of stuff so that's. One of the really good things about aluminum it's the safety factor. And then also aluminum is very precise. You know and so. And affordable too and that's that's two things. We want to make we want to make sure as. Many kids as possible get to shoot archery. And, and so we work really hard to keep the arrow in a place. They can afford to do so Easton's running a contest here at. This year's tournament to get a fifth color tell. Us about that so originally there was only. One color of arrow that ran into. All kinds of problems with being able to tell the difference.

And then we add in. And then we add in. And then a couple of years ago. We said hey let's let the kids choose which arrow. They want what color. They would like their arrow to be. We ran a campaign and let them vote. And we're doing that again. This year they actually chose purple last time. What we voted for it. This time I'm not gonna give. Any idea on whose in the lead but there's definitely a leader here but. These are the colors over here. What are the what are the color choices. That are up for consideration so. We have a silver a yellow a black a woodland camo. And a cinnamon red color so. And so at the end is. It at the end of this tournament voting is over. How does that work we're gonna continue voting, and we're gonna announce. It at the world tournament. And then and then people should be able to they'll start seeing them coming to stores towards the end of.

This year you mentioned kids probably like having their own colors. They don't want to all be the same exactly yeah so it's a big deal. They love the opportunity to vote. And choose a different color that's been a really exciting thing for them to do that's awesome the Easton genesis arrow. You have any questions. You can check us out at liang starch recom you.

So shooters and re loaders fortune cookie $45 see coming through from Atlanta Day gift from Tricia really appreciate. This is a morals Yellowjackets archery target. What it has is there's a chassis inside there. It goes around the outside. And then there's burlap on. Both sides of the front. And back and inside. Some kind of foam or other material that's packed in there so. You can actually buy new fronts. And backs for it and reconstitute. It available from sources like eBay. And Amazon this kind of thing delivered right to your door well. Ilike to put a three-inch fluorescent a stirrer on there. You see it's in this shadow we're gonna compare the performance of. This Target store bought probably around $60 in the door. This kind of thing is good price but it's not money. That is spent for a nice target. And it's certainly a lot nicer. Than a homemade Target like. This but let's compare the performance of our homemade. One with the new morals Yellow Jacket so Trish is gonna help.

Us out here let's let her get warmed up here. And shoot a few shots we're shooting the carbon victory d3s which have the Tunis is like 0001 so Tricia's switching to my arrows. Because the problem is couple of knocks has been shot off of hers yeah you're hitting. That right edge so that's pretty good shooting by Trisha. It looks like the Yellow Jacket has. More resistance to bend our target that's homemade look at. You got two in the gold there that's pretty good shooting by Trisha looks like. It went into a regular target. That just full of cardboard. And old closing things about. One foot of the new moral target only half. That distance so it's a lot. Tougher target not as good shooting but first three arrows up for adjustment not bad we'll take.

That tough and the arrows did not penetrate as far but then given my draw weights only 46 pounds about the same well your shooting 50 yards. You pull off 50 wells for more pong sub should make a difference so but yeah that's pretty close. And of course both sides are useful so that's a pretty good target looks pretty durable is easily carried around the weights probably somewhere around. You think 30 35 pounds easy to put into the trunk of a car take. It anywhere you want. It has a hanging hooks on top as. You can see so you're gonna hang. It from tree branches. This kind of thing for a 3d simulation so.

One target on per arrow. And the holes Ashley self feel a bit boom. They heal increasing the durability of the target is two feet across by two. And a half feet tall. And it's a foot deep not bad. And will enjoy using that.
